Mikey came precisely on time and ready to help us remedy our HVAC woes. Super nice and approachable and knowledgeable. Christmas Week our undersized heat pump finally decided to call it quits. Even though we hadn't used them before the team at Strategic came out for a service call Christmas Eve! They helped us remain comfortable until a permanent fix could be implemented, for which we are very grateful.
Based on that experience we engaged Strategic to install a new system. Mikey Hanson was very knowledgeable and patiently guided me through the details, answering my numerous questions and scheduling the installation 2 days later. Chad Morris, Director of Operations and his team Mando & Ryan completed the installation with a smile. The team is exceedingly professional, courteous and knowledgeable giving us tremendous confidence in their workmanship.
We will be recommending Strategic air to our Friends and Neighbors.

Ricky Gillmaster arrived exactly at the scheduled time and was able to identify our problem quickly. He is professional, knowledgeable, and fixed the issue with no problems. I've been working out of my garage a lot more lately and decided it was time to get some air conditioning in there.
