I was in a dire situation - my A/C had been out for 2 days. The company that I had called 'ghosted me'. They called after the 2nd time window had been missed and stated their tech was on his way in 30 minutes. Their tech never showed or called. I searched and called Walker A/C. A live person answered and scheduled an AM appointment for the next morning. At 10:33am, the tech Jubenal Mota arrived. Within 30 minutes he replaced the capacitor! My service charge of $89 was waived because of a service rendered. Very pleased!

Simeon was our tech and he was very polite professional and friendly and definitely took care of the problem we had with our A/C unit. Another great thing is he was here in less than an hour. We called around 10:15 pm and he arrived by 11pm. Thank you For the outstanding service would definitely recommend to all as well as use again.

Update 5.31.22: very pleased with the service, professionalism, and knowledge of my technician, Yubenal Mota. I highly recommend! UPDATED 7.3.21: Walker HVAC continues to provide great service and hire knowledgeable technicians who are sincere about helping vs selling! For my recent service, I requested my prior technician, Yubenal Mota, who further earned my trust with his honesty, sincerity, and going the extra mile with professionalism, timeliness, and most importantly, knowledge. PRIOR: I have been a loyal customer of Walker Air for several years.
They earned my loyalty and TRUST after another company claimed that I needed to spend thousands on an HVAC repair. I sought a second and independent opinion from Walker who revealed that my issue had nothing to do with what the other company claimed. It was clear that the other company was attempting to take advantage of me. I spent a couple hundred with Walker-they saved me thousands from ripoff attempt. This is why I will only use Walker for my HVAC needs. Trust and integrity, and just great service!

Called this morning for service, technician Cory came to the house early afternoon and completed the service. Cory was very professional, efficient while also courteous and friendly. He explained our options and showed he cares about your customers. I am happy to be a Gold Star member and very pleased with the fast service and attention by Cory and the representatives handling my initial call along with the follow-up calls to confirm service timing!

If I could give a MINUS I would .
1. First visit air wasn't tuning cold called them out as they were the ones that installed it . Of course warranty was out it's now 6 yrs old . They fixed so I thought to the tune of $750
2. Month later condensation on the vents they came out told my son the there was a blockage spent less than 5 mins and left $75 service fee
3.floor flooded leaking from air conditioner unit
Came out again said the filters were put in the wrong way
Question when they first came out don't you check all this as part of checking out the unit apparently not
Do not use them will be reporting them to BBB
Oh and asked them to have the manager call me no one called
Now out my deductible have no floors in my hallway and having to look for someone to reinstall them .

We had our semi annual check up today by a young man named Oscar. He was the most thorough technician I have seen in quite a while. Polite, on time, courteous and efficient. No up selling, just quality service. Quite refreshing. I highly recommend Metro Energy Savers. Our AC unit required service. Connor and his team were great to deal with. The service was performed on time and to our satisfaction. The technicians were courteous and respectful of our property and social distancing requirements. We highly recommend Metro Energy Savers.

These guys are the real deal! We have been customers with them for over 10 years now down here in the Texas heat and its not always easy to find good A/C guys. Metro Energy has fair prices for the work that they do, and their servicemen go above and beyond courtesy and kind. They are well versed in their skills, able to communicate complex issues in ways that anyone can understand, and work hard in the heat to get jobs done.
We called the other night just before 7 and they came quickly and were in and out. Not only that, but their service plans keep your A/C running year round and at top capacity. I highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs, and cant say how kind and pleasant their servicemen are.

First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude to Metro Energy Savers (MES) for their quick response and service solution to my home A/C failure. In a moment of crisis, while searching blindly online and reviewing various service providers, who stands out as the one you choose to call? The answer is simple. It's the company with an online presence that exudes trust, capability and competence. Metro Energy Savers had all three, so I called their number.
The call taker was phenomenal! Her warm, caring phone presence not only reassured me that I called the right company, but that I could relax. They had this!
Noticing online that a tech named Randy had a recent and glowing review, I asked if Randy would be available to respond. A few hours later, Randy was ringing my bell. He was beyond fantastic. Friendly, personable and a straight-shooter only begins to describe his professional qualities.
Should you decide to call on Metro Energy Savers, you would serve yourself well asking for him. While Randy attempted to perform an HVAC miracle on my 11-year-old A/C unit, it did not take long to realize replacement vs. repair was our best option. Knowing very little about A/C install pricing and MES's preferred product line (Daikin), I whipped out my iPad, looking for instant answers.
In the end, I decided to trust Randy and MES for my new A/C installation. In electing to purchase a Daikin product (Asian tech - Texas built), versus more commonly known brands like Trane, Carrier or Lennox, I realized this would begin a long-term service relationship with MES. I liked what I had seen thus far, so I jumped in with both feet. Randy worked out the logistics and said they could install my new A/C unit early the next morning.
Since I was not financing the purchase, I received a discount. When I asked how they wanted payment, Randy said, "Just write us a check." Randy made the whole process seem easier than it probably was. All I knew was that I found value in MES and they found a new customer.
9 a.m. the next morning, the phone rings. The caller informs me the crew is on their way.
Fifteen minutes later, they are at the door. The installation crew exceeded our expectations. They were the most professional and pleasant work crew that I ever recall dealing with. In hindsight, I regret not obtaining their names. Their professional excellence certainly deserves individual recognition. While I wish I could tell you more of their work, I try to stay out of their way.
I can tell you they were quite attentive to top cleanliness practices inside our home. Before I knew it, they were finished. Very painless indeed!It was a comfort that Metro Energy Savers was able to meet our needs so quickly. In my limited review, study and experience with Metro Energy Savers, what stood out most was their investment in human capital.
It is quite an undertaking to build, operate and sustain an organizational culture of excellence. With Metro Energy Savers, it seemed to appear (almost) everywhere I looked. One downside to the entire experience. After the installation was completed, I received a phone call from an untrusting person in management. He was quite insulting and demanding (without cause, I might add.) No worries...
He was immediately placed in my "Attitudes Adjusted - While You Wait" Signature Program. Left speechless, he now experiences the "Wow Factor" and is like a new person. Kind, considerate and humorous, he is the boss his employees have been praying for.

We had used Walker AC & Heating at our business when we had an AC problem at our house we thought they would be a great fit. They technician arrives around 5:00 pm and starts his evaluation of our problem. When he is done he tell me it $142.00 for the visit and then tells me what the problem is and that it will run another $975.00 to fix. When he leaves about an hour later I notice we have no electricity in approximately half of our house.
The next morning we call Walker AC and we tell them about the power issue they created and that we're no happy and will try another company. The second company comes out and fixes the power issue created by Walker the next day. Several days later they fix the original AC issue at approximately $400.00. Bottom they caused a power issue and attempted to overcharge us.
Just so you know we called them to let them know we're going to post a negative review. They said they are great employers paying benefits to their employees and yes something others can be higher or lower than their rates.
The next morning we call Walker AC and we tell them about the power issue they created and that we're no happy and will try another company. The second company comes out and fixes the power issue created by Walker the next day. Several days later they fix the original AC issue at approximately $400.00. Our AC went out in July, Walker came out immediately and assessed the issue/proposed a solution. After looking at 3 other proposals, we chose Walker. Also they had been recommended by 2 reliable sources. They did an excellent job replacing the AC/furnace and entire system quickly-so we didn't have to be in 100 deg weather long with AC. The crew was courteous and cleaned up our property before leaving.
Unfortunately the unit installed was defective (not their fault!) After 5 weeks, the compressor failed. This was Labor Day weekend! Again 100 deg temps. Walker came out the next working day and replaced the entire unit! Again, quick, thorough and neat. By that night, our house was cool again. I've recommended Walker to family and friends and they also are very satisfied. They're fair, honest and accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommend them again! Linda Glauben Dallas

This is literally the WORST company! We had a unit installed by them and now it is not cooling. We have a ONE year old BABY and when I call I'm told they won't be able to make it out for OVER A WEEK! Anyone can tell that's complete bs. They were very quick to respond when there was something they could sell us but now that our unit is under warranty they don't see dollar signs and would prefer to let a BABY suffer! I'm so disgusted with this company and I will be spreading the word in every way possible. PLEASE do yourself a favor and forego this disgusting and incompetent company.
