Knowledgeable and honest. This is ONLY company I'll call when we need hvac service or new equipment installation. We bought a house last year that had an aging 10 SEER HVAC system with deteriorated and defective flex duct, and we were struggling to pay electric bills that were hundreds of dollars more than expected. Chris and his crew replaced our ductwork, installed new 15 SEER air handler and 18 SEER heat pump and brought our system up to code.

He also replaced our dryer duct which wasn't vented properly through our roof. We highly recommend Cleveland Air for their workmanship, competitive pricing and willingness to go 'the extra mile'. They completed installation of new heat pump and ductwork in just one day! We could not be happier, and we're looking forward to significantly lower electric bills.

When our A/C went out we called Cleveland A/C from a referral. He was at our house within 30 minutes. We had air conditioning within another 15 minutes. He was very courteous and knew his business. I will use them from here on out and recommend them to anyone needing A/C service.
