They did what they said they would do. I know, rare these days. Our AC went out. I know it had a leak and we would need new coils, at least. They priced a new outside unit and replacing the coils in the attic unit. Very fair price for well rated equipment. Showed up on time with equipment in hand. Knocked it out and we can keep our cool. Thank you for being a business of integrity!

I knew it was going to be time to upgrade my system and reached out to Golden Air. They came back with the type of system I wanted, at a price that was more than fair. I think mostly because of their buying power. System was installed in less than a day. They came back and put in a Remy Halo about a month later (had to be ordered) - again at a great price.

I had forgotten that they don't include the first year of maintenance and called in May - and they came out and put me on an annual contract - again at a great price. System has been running great and my energy bills are lower.

Called that morning for an AC unit not cooling. They called back immediately letting me know a tech would be out. He arrived onsite within 2 hours of the originating call. I'm very thankful for Golden Air Conditioning. We have now had them out to our house twice over the last couple of years when each of our air conditioners weren't cooling properly. They diagnosed the problems and gave us options, and they were more than kind and very fair with their pricing. I appreciate the technicians as being very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful when explaining what was going on and what our options are.

We are actually working with Golden Air Conditioning on a service plan so we aren't surprised the next time our systems decide to stop cooling. Thankful for the maintenance option that's available.

My family and I witnessed the owners of Golden Mechanical purposefully try to cause an accident on 183 in Euless over the weekend in a road rage incident while driving a Golden Mechanical work truck. They cutoff 2 lanes of traffic to move to the left lane and then proceeded to slam on their brakes and force a long line of vehicles to slam on their brakes and swerve into other lanes of traffic to avoid having collisions.

There were families and you children in these vehicles. I attempted to approach the late model white four door Chevrolet work truck with the Golden Mechanical logos on the doors to get their license plate number and vehicle ID numbers but the male drive then became aggressive towards our vehicle as well. This company should be disgraced to have employees acting this way out in public much less have it be the owners of the company who are taunting other drives and purposefully trying to injure people on the roadways.

Additional complaints have been filed with the Euless and Arlington police as well as with the BBB, the Good Contractors List, Angie's List, and other organizations that claim to support Golden Mechanical. I have also supplied video of this incident to several of the aforementioned organizations. Please beware of a company who supports actions like this.

I am thoroughly impressed with Golden Mechanical's level of service and value. I can't say enough about how pleased I have been with this organization. To say they are professional, competent and committed to what they do would be an understatement. I've been using Golden Mechaical for my home and business for years and have been highly pleased and completely satisfied by the work performed.

In fact just the other day one of their technicians turned around in rush hour traffic in downtown Dallas to come back to Tarrant County and repair my home A/C system. They truly go above and beyond the call of duty to meet and satisfy their customers needs!

They provide fast, knowledgeable service, and their technicians are paid a salary. They do not receive a commission or incentive to sell you more "stuff." Their goal is to get you up and running as quickly and cost effectively as possible. I highly recommend them for your home or business needs.

I hired Golden Mechanical for the simple job of moving a thermostat to another room. Over the phone they told me the job would take about an hour. Once the technician arrived, he seemed to move very slowly. He had extreme trouble fishing the wire through the wall. In fact, he asked me to help him. Instead of fish tape or something similar all he had was a piece of copper he bent into a hook.

I ended up going into my attic and dropping the wire down to him. The job ended up taking 2 and a half hours. The technician also drilled a small hole in my ceiling that i need to patch. The bill was $230. After the technician left, I called to complain that the total was way over the estimate. I was told that the estimate over the phone was just a "ballpark estimate".
