Had you all come out and conduct work on my furnace, the technician broke a piece on the furnace, which caused a water leak. I called for a follow up a week later and the technician cleaned the furnace and advised me that I would have to contact a Plumber. I contacted a personal friend, wh advised me and several days later the leak seized. So I got no service for the Leak caused by You All, but paid for the Follow Up Furnace Cleaning

I had a contract with carrol oil a few years ago. Told them I no longer wanted their service. This year they delivered oil the my house (not Requested out of the blue) and gave me a bill of $1000 plus dollars! BTW they bought all most all the local oil delivery companies except Gerner Oil in Hereford. So have priced fixed between all their companies. Can you say Monopoly.

I have recently signed up with Carroll fuel, I delt with Spencer who was AWESOME! He had a tech come out that day. The tech was very nice and informative. I also deal with Carroll Fuel at my office and the delivery men are very nice.

I had a new system installed in my home in June of 2019 by CHS. I requested a service call for thermostat being bad. 3 times a technician has come to the house with no fix, no return calls and hours late when finally arrived. All under warranty. I have been out of heat since 12/31/2021. Last time someone was out was on 1/5/2022. Since then no one has called me to discuss what the fix will be and when. I have had to initiate all conversations.

Positive and professional experiences. Customer service - professional and courteous. Willing to assist. Technicians - professional, courteous, knowledgeable & efficient. Doesn't take long to ID problem and repair. The techs explain the problems and solutions. Never leave a mess to clean up.

My heat has not been fully restored for THREE WEEKS. Promised appointment times were not kept, lack of proper technicians for the job, lack of coordination of the various parts of the job resulting in further delays and leaving me in the cold. For this I have been paying big bucks for a service contract for the past 22 years, only to have it let me down when most needed.

I'm fairly certain that all of the mechanics who have serviced our boiler/furnace in the past were technically proficient. However the tech who was here today was both technically proficient and unbelievable thorough. The gentleman pulled the covers off and vacuumed a pile of soot packed above the burn chamber.and spent a good two hours meticulously servicing the entire unit, Name was Patrick and his Tech # was 193.

To say I was impressed is an understatement. Your got a keeper there! Congrats to your firm for finding such a mechanic. Just so great seeing someone with pride and purpose with their chosen trade. Thanks again

Very pleased with my experience with Carroll Home Service. From start to finish the staff were responsive and explained the entire process for setting up a new propane account. Their price was competitive, but their great customer experience convinced me to go with Carroll. Other propane companies I reached out, to prior to Carroll, were not easy to deal with and their prices were not as good.

I was tremendously happy with the installation of my new fuel tank. The work was expertly done in the most professional fashion. I was so impressed with the head technician, Eddie and his partner. I learned a great deal about my fuel tank and what to expect for the heating of my home this winter! Many, many thanks to Carroll Fuel for your years of service!

Despite having a service contract with Carroll Home Services for a few years, it has been 7 days since they came to my home to repair my heating unit (a blower) and the furnace is still not fixed. The service technician, Doug, determined I needed a new blower as the existing one is cracked. So Doug said they would return the next day with the replacement unit.

That was one week ago. It's important to note that we are now in mid November and we are without heat and we have had two nights with temperatures below freezing. Although I have called every day for the past 7 days to inquire when they will replace the cracker unit, they NEVER return my call. Each day the nice customer service ladies assure me that a technician will call but no one EVER calls!

If this is how they treat their loyal contract customers I cannot imagine how they treat a first time caller. This is appalling service! I cannot recommend doing business with Carroll Home Services.
