For 7 years I've used Shamrock services; reliable, professional, and knowledgeable. Always pleasant and helpful with questions and answers. Very responsive whenever I've needed them. Recently called with an AC problem; within 1 hour, Sean was at my door, assessed the problem and fixed it on the spot! Thanks to Becky also for getting right on it and tracking down Sean. I called for a quote on installation of new air conditioning/heating systems. Sean/Shamrock was at my home that afternoon. Sean was very professional. Very personable. My Ac wasn't cooling as well as it normally does at an AirBnb property that I own. So I called Shamrock Heating & Cooling to come take a look. This was my first time using Shamrock Heating & Cooling and they sent Sean to the house. Sean was great. He checked the system noted it that it had a leak and lost the freon. Sean and team went to work finding and fixing the leak. Ac is recharged and cooling down the house again. I can't thank you enough for getting it done in a timely manner. 100% recommend Shamrock Heating & Cooling.

We had the original AC/HEAT system from when our house was built in 1992. 2 other local companies came out to service it and both companies didn't service it, they told me I needed a new system. I then had Shamrock come out, they not only spent over an hour cleaning and doing minor repairs/preventative maintenance and kept it running for 4 years straight without issue for only 14 bucks a month on their service plan.
This week we had them install a whole new system, they were awesome, beyond happy with them, awesome new system, they left everything cleaner than when they arrived, the cost was less than any other quote I had 4 years ago. Thank you Shamrock Team, you have a customer for life.

As always Sean and his team are professional and honest. They did a great job replacing an old air conditioning unit on my roof that for some reason the pigeons loved! He put chicken wire around the base so they could no longer nest! What a great idea. Just a small example of going above and beyond!

We rely on Shamrock for our regular servicing and their service when something goes wrong. Their annual service plan is a good value and gets us priority service when our air konks out in one of those 116 degree days. Sean and the rest of the crew are reliable and patient with my many questions. We've referred them many times this year for A/C replacement work.

Well, I know my A/C is 40 years old, but upon inspection you should have been able to see two wires touching that was causing the breaker to trip. I had another company come out the same day a few hours later just to have the A/c up and running in 10 min. It took you two men longer to try to talk me into spending $3,000 for a new compressor. Always get a second opinion.
This 40 year old A/c is lasting longer than these new ones on the market! A Great waste of $69. Let's call it a donation! Adding to this review 2 months later. No refund was ever given!

We called shamrock out to replace our package heat pump on our roof. Sean came out to give us a quote and gave us several different options. We were very pleased with various affordable options. After selecting the best option for our house, Sean and Daniel came out to install our new unit. They arrived on time and got right to work. They also walked us through the whole process and cleaned everything up when they were done.

Shamrock is a company that is honorable and fair to their customers. I have recommended Sean to Candy's Kitchen Cafe on 7th Street, and distributed his cards and I do not recommend easily. They know their business and are always prompt. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Becky is great to work with in the office.

Rcoky came out today, Sunday, on an emergency basis. Our AC went out here in Phoenix in July, and it was over 100 degrees outside. He was pleasant, efficient, and in the end my AC was working again in short. order. What I loved most was that there was no hard sell to try to get me to replace either smaller parts or the whole unit, which I often get from other AC repair companies here in town. This was a five star experience, and I'll recommend them to all my friends.
