I contacted Hansens Family Plumbing they came out right away. The tech was Chad Allen was great. He knew right away what to do, did everything beautifully and quickly. I highly recommend this company and this technition.

Mark and Chad recently installed a tankless water heater and ran a new gas line in my home, and their work was exceptional. They arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and answered all my questions. The installation was seamless, with great attention to detail and safety. They even cleaned up the work area afterward. Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were outstanding. As a condo owner a state away I was looking for good local plumber. I called Hansen first. The contractor was easy to contact during after hours with the answering service, clearly documenting information. I received an early appointment the very next morning. Technician was on site by 8 AM. I received a text prior to his departure. Once on site the communication with technician regarding repairs and the cost was clearly stated. Technician clearly communicated the status of the repair after completion.

Service repair was quick (as expected) Cost was reasonable. I received an email copy of the invoice immediately after. Myself being a 20 year commercial service technician I can appreciate the level of service, punctuality and communication that I received for this repair. Thank you

A few weeks ago my wife and I called out a plumber from one of the big companies that spends 7-figures on radio and TV ads every year to fix a water pressure problem. Their guy could not figure out what was wrong, quoted us between $3,000 - $5,000 for a few proposals that he was not sure would even fix the problem, and charged us $75 for the visit even though we did not take them up on the offer to maybe fix our plumbing for ~ $4,000. Hansen Family Plumbing came out for a free consult, laughed at the proposals from the other guys, fixed the problem in 10 minutes, and didn't charge us because the solution was so quick and easy. I'll use them as long as I live in the East Valley, and recommend them to anyone who asks.

We had Chad come over to our house to fix hot water issue in our shower. The entire process of contacting Hansen Family business for scheduling a visit to getting our water issues fixed took less than 3 hours. Chad was great to work with, explained exactly what was wrong and fixed the problem. Definitely recommend!

We have had three guys from Hansen's out to our house since we closed just over a week ago. They have been so kind and helpful with all of the problems we keep running into. For the sump pump problem, we thought we would have to use a different company due to our home warranty but when they proved to be a joke, we got to go back and have Hansen's come back instead.

These guys always remained professional and courteous. They were honest, fair, and completed the jobs in a timely manner. Hopefully we don't have anymore plumbing issues for quite some time, but if we do, I can guarantee you that we will be calling Hansen's. Update as of January 24, 2024: we have since had someone out at least 2 more times for different issues.

They are always quick and courteous. When explaining the problems, they are great about first explaining it in technical terms and then they explain it again using language I can understand. This company will take care of their customers always. Never thought we would be so loyal to a plumbing company but we won't be using anyone else as long as we live here.

Just for some extra info, they have replaced the faucets for the washing machine, replaced our water softener, fixed the sump pump, repaired a part on the toilet, looked at the water softener when we thought it was acting up again, and now had to fix someone else's work on the a/c unit sealing. Truly a well rounded company that employees extremely knowledgeable people.

First off let me say I was so apprehensive about calling a plumber being that we had just had a nightmare experience with another company. I called Hansen plumbing and they were immediately responsive and scheduled me right away. The unique touches of adding a brief bio on the plumber they were sending over, was really nice. Jerry is a wonderful person that was so intuitive and really listened to us.

He is a true professional in every aspect of the word. He is honest, knowledgeable, and respectful from start to finish. As business owners ourselves we know how huge of an asset team members like this are. The world needs more Jerry's! This company has got it right and we will continue to use them for years to come (old house problems) we are so relieved to have found them. If you are looking for a company with integrity that genuinely cares this is it!

Jerry was the most pleasant, easy personality. Being home without my husband, I'm a little apprehensive of workers coming to do something. He was so easy to work with and made me feel SO comfortable. He was knowledgeable, a great communicator and explained all he did as well as polite and courteous. I loved getting the bio on Jerry before he came as well!

Preston Mitchell-Brooks just replaced my toilet and drained my hot water heater. He was efficient, professional, obviously takes pride in his work and in addition, pleasant and easy to deal with! Hansen Family Plumbing has been out several times in the last few years and has been great. They now offer AC and heating service and I am switching over after eight years with a different company.

I had JERRY come out to evaluate our hot water & recirculating pump system. His competence and experience really served us well. He found a small amount of water in the heater pan, felt it was a lower tank failure and called Rudd and got authorization for a warranty water heater replacement which he completed. We also needed to replace 3 faucets in 2 bathrooms and the kitchen which he and Dillon did a couple days later.

During the bathroom install he determined the drain provided by the manufacturer was unacceptable and went and got new parts to ensure our glass sink would be secured and properly drain (something I do not think the average plumber would do). Jerry saved us a lot of money by handing the water heater replacement and showed his personal pride in doing the job right by installing new faucets correctly and going the extra mile with the drains using quality parts at a very reasonable price.

If we were good friends and you asked me who to call for AC repairs, I'd say Hansen. Since we haven't met, I'm letting you know Hansen is the AC company to call. Highly recommend. Both my AC units had problems within two months of each other and Hansen was there the next day, on time, and had both up and running. One even went out the night before my daughters wedding with her and seven ladies showing up at 7:30 am the next morning. Tech was there at 7am and fixed by the time all arrived! Both times the Tech was professional, friendly, and educated me on what the problems were and what need fixing. So again, highly recommend.

Hansen Family Plumbing could not have been better. Very responsive- I had a rough quote and a free diagnostic visit scheduled within a day. Both technicians we dealt with were excellent- friendly and super thorough. And to top it off their pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

I'm very pleased with the work of Hansen Family Plumbing and Air. Hansen quickly responded to my inquiry regarding a pinhole leak in a pipe located in front of my house and scheduled a next day appointment. Robert was sent for our service call and quickly identified the root of the issue. Robert was professional, knowledgeable, and quoted us at a very reasonable price. Robert completed the work in only a few hours and gave me a thorough walkthrough of what work was done. I didn't have a dedicated plumbing company prior to Robert's visit but happy to say that Hansen will be my go-to for my plumbing needs in the future.

We've used Hansen Family Plumbing three times over the last 3-to-4 years. Once for a major job and twice for minor repairs. We can't recommend them enough. Professional, timely, knowledgeable, experienced, and educational. They are so good at what they do that my family has enjoyed watching them work. They make it look easy. Our technician, Jerry H, was very professional and thorough. We had a leak under our kitchen sink and one outside near our faucet which he was able to pinpoint the source of the leaks. Tate was our technician and he did a fantastic job on our broken water heater. The area that it was in was hard to maneuver, but he did it with a smile and get it done attitude. We were impressed with how quick he came out and was able to replace it. It is a slower season for them, but literally he was here within 30 minutes of my initial call. I would highly recommend Tate. He was worth every penny.
