Freddie was my technician today. He arrived on the scheduled time. Checked all my vents, cleaned and repaired my system. He explained everything that was done and the thing I really like is I'm shown pictures of the services performed. I highly recommend Alaskan Air Conditioning & Heating. They have friendly, professional employees.

Earl and his coworker were great. On time (actually early with a call asking if this was OK), Friendly, and Professional. Completed full evaluation of AC and heating system with pictures and details. Provided excellent technical discussion on systems and options. My system is 24 years old so I know if will fail soon. Earl provided options on what to do but no pressure to make a quick decision. He took a very practical approach and I know I will reach out to Alaskan Air when I'm ready for a new system.

We actually had two different appointments at two different addresses two days apart. Our service tech for both locations was Matthew Moyer. Matt did a superb job inspecting and evaluating our heating/cooling systems at both houses. Afterwards he went over each item in the report with detailed information as well as suggestions for future consideration, especially concerning our older 2003 Coleman heater/air exchanger in the smaller house.

We were impressed enough with the thoroughness of the visits that we subsequently made an appointment to get an estimate to replace the heater (2003) and AC (2006) in one of the houses. Highly recommend. 10/10 will definitely use them again in the future.

Unfortunately we did not use Alaskan as their price was almost twice of the company we used. I received a significant veteran discount which was part of the deal. Since we are selling, we wouldn't recoup the investment and the new owners will still have an AC with a warranty. That being said, everyone was extremely kind and professional. Earl was extremely attentive and thorough along with being a nice person and on time.

They arrived the next day as opposed to Goettl which was a 8 days out (we didn't use them). Everyone was so nice and helpful, I wish money wasn't an object. I do believe in their quality, it just wasn't what we needed at the time. Thank you for everything though and when we get our new home and need AC help, we will call Alaskan for our forever home.

A month ago my AC went out. I was treated wonderfully by this company. From the inbound call technician KC to the AC technician Kenny. Not only did they come out at 10pm to check my AC. But they advised me on how to address the problem in the future. This company is amazing thank you

Earl responded ASAP when our AC went out in Mesa in Mid Judy at 111 degrees outside. We greatly appreciated his speedy, professional response and quick, full resolution to our problem! It is obvious he is knowledgable and has years of experience. We have been using Alaskan for our main home and our rental home and have been very happy with their service and specialists. Their dispatcher is also very accommodating and helpful!

We worked with Earl Diaz. He came out to review our AC units and HVAC system before summer hits. He took a lot of pictures and explained everything from his report with me. I felt like he was very knowledgeable and I was pleased with everything he has done so far. I worked with Thomas for scheduling and I feel so far that Alaskan is communicative and responsive. When Earl was on his way I got a text with his picture and an intro/bio which I appreciated. I will definitely work with Alaskan, and Earl, again.
