I had to replace my whole heating and air system. Parker and Cal were very Professional and did an outstanding job with the install. ON TIME! Dylan and Dan were both professional and knowledgeable. Dylan explained everything to me as they were doing it and had me ok what the charge would be before they continued. Green Dot installed three new HVAC systems to our home. The new units work perfectly and resolved all the issues we were experiencing with our old units. Every person on the team that we interacted with was knowledgeable and professional. The price was fair and the service excellent! I will be recommending Green Dot to my family and friends.

We were having trouble with our upstairs thermostat, Duke energy referred us to 3 companies in our area. Green Dot contacted us right away and were professional from booking the appointment, keeping in touch with us to, showing up on time as promised and even the work. Our technician was very nice and pleasant and even very patient with my two granddaughters who are very chatty. He listened and fixed the issue without trying to up sale us things we didn't need at this time. Thank you Green Dot for a Job well Done!

Not RESORT MAINTENANCE. DONT BE FOOLED. DIFFERENT CONPANY AND NOT THE SAME EMPLOYEES. DEFINITELY NOT THE SAME QUALITY. They totally wrecked my system and never came back or repaired any of the problems. Made several appts and got nothing for days. Until I had to give up and try another company. I had used Resort for 20 years. I would not recommend green dot to anyone.

They did nothing correct. And I could not get anyone on the phone except some answering service, which made appts that were not kept. Caused me to spend seven days without heat during the worst freeze of the year. Then they do a repair and cause more damage. They did nothing but break things. Technician was in a rush and had minimal experience. I did not get to have Roy, only one good technician in whole company?

I got some other kid who broke things and never said anything. I have pictures of the damage he caused. But my warning is to anyone who thinks this is a good company, they are wrong. This is nothing like resort maintenance. Don't be fooled. It's terrible now. TERRIBLE. IF I COULD POST LICTURES, you can see all the damage. And to leave a job like that is awful.

They aren't going to pay for my repairs or any problems I had afterwards. NOPe. They just gonna keep doing this stuff to anyone. Because there is nobody making sure these fools are doing the job correct. If Roy had been avialable then maybe I would not be here. But I got some rookie who broke multiple big items and left job. Saying to me that it's" all good". Nope, you broke it and you should pay for it.

But that's not gonna happen. So what am I to do? Expect that they would do a good repair? Crazy talk. No way. I want to get made whole. And if they cared, like they advertise, then I wouldn't be posting these messages. But they do not care and EVERYONE SHOULD BE AWARE OF CONPANIES LIKE THIS. ONLY IN IT FOR MONEY. FORGET ABOUT ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE. AWFUL. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. TERRIBLE RUN COMPANY. THEY USE RESORT MAINTENANCE BUT THEY ARE NOT, all the good employees have quit this pkace. For good reasons. Do not use them.

I had a greag experience with Green Dot and Dillon! The woman I spoke to over the phone each time was super sweet and personable. Dillon was early both days he came out and was very respectful. He diagnosed the problem quickly and installed the part. My air is running better than it has in the entire 10 months I've lived here. I would recommend this company to anyone and they will be first on my list if I have problems in the future.

Had Green Dot install two new units a year ago. Downstairs unit has not worked from day one. Green Dot has come out and replace almost every part. Still no A/C or heat. Finally after a lot of headache Green Dot replaced the entire system. In the end they stood behind their work and made it right.

Blake and Gabriel replaced some of our ductwork. They were very friendly and professional and took the extra time to show and explain things to me. They even gave recommendations of things I could do on my own to help preserve and make things more efficient. Their work looked fantastic. I highly recommend these two. Also wanted to thank and recommend Bryan who was the initial person who came to survey what was wrong.

He was also extremely friendly and continued checking in with me throughout the process. I highly recommend Bryan as well. All three were great! 10/21/21 - Luis Hernandez came out to check AC which wasn't working. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and couldn't have been friendlier. He resolved the problem and got our system back up and running. Next time I call I will definitely ask if they can send Luis.

My whole experience with Green Dot, from the first call to the completion of the repair, was professional and efficient. The person who scheduled the appointment was friendly and got me on the calendar very quickly. The communication about the technicians arrival was helpful and accurate. The technician was knowledgeable and competent to solve our issue. I couldn't ask for anything more in a heating and air company and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great experience!

Our older unit died on one of the hottest days. A Green Dot service man, Luis, came out to assess the next day. Then, Jordan came out and installed two portable units. Both were excellent! We can't thank them enough!

Great Service. After the crazy, cold, icy, snowy weather, my tenant's heat went out. I called Green Dot, they came the same day (when I know we were one of many issues, the South can't handle that kind of cold). They assessed the situation. I needed a new motor on an ancient, gas, HVAC. They had everything fixed within two days of my original call. Thank you, Green Dot! Added bonus, the office staff and the technician both called, personally, to keep me up to date on everything.

Green Dot HVAC did a great job on our heat pump replacement. The last one was 18 years old and sounded horrible! Our new unit is great and we have noticed about a 10% savings in our electric bill. The crew was great and on-time. We would highly recommend them. Howard
