Gossett Air Conditioning got its start with a father and son's efforts in 1977 when Dub & Chuck Gossett began servicing the new construction market out of their garage. Within two years, their effort and reputation had grown enough to allow them to move into a leased facility. It wasn't long, 1980 to be exact, that Gossett moved into their present location on Kuykendahl Road in Spring.
Gossett specializes in residential and light commercial service, repair, and installation. Gossett's service, repair and installation team have been with the company for over 25 years! Our service and repair team members are NATE certified master technicians; they are among the best in the industry and are the best at diagnosing problems in a timely manner.

Following a disaster of a situation with the first service provider sent out to service our old unit we decided to break down and get new unit. Gosseettt went above and beyond in terms of their responsiveness and we had a new Trane XL brought in as a replacement. Service techs Jose and Marcus were on time, kept me up to date and did a great job with the install. Highly recommend their services! EM

Amazing that it took nearly five months to get a reply. "Great Service!" The owner should use spell check and a grammar checker before posting. NO I was not told there was an $89 service call charge and any repairs would be extra and there would be a 3.5% fee for using a credit card. Mr. Gossett did not even mention the horrible service and rude behavior of the service person.
Apparently this is normal behavior for Gossett employees. His response is an example of the kind of service to expect from them. No, I do not expect anyone to work for free but the charges are way out of line. Your shop is a half mile from my home and the guy stopped on his way back to the shop. Honestly, you are the most unprofessional business owner I have dealt with in a very long time. UPDATE 3/13/2020 Apparently you did not read or understand what I wrote.
I DO NOT EXPECT ANYONE TO WORK FOR FREE. The tech was extremely rude and unprofessional and I wound up having to replace the compressor that he said was fine. Obviously he didn't know much. Fixing a single wire and to him the job was done. No gauges to check pressures, amp draw or other routine tests were done. Your patriout slogans and religious postings on your reader board are truly offensive since they do not reflect what you really believe in.
Accept the fact you do not practice any form of customer service, don't listen to customer concerns or actually do anything to solve issues. A response from you showing you understood what I was concerned about and offerring a simple "I'm sorry" would have gone a long way. Instead, you were instantly defensive and went into attack mode in your reply. Not a good way to do business.

As always excellent service from Gossett. Lee normally is our technician who we know and trust. Jose came out yesterday and what a wonderful, personable and honest young man who is a Marine Veteran. By the way Lee is a veteran as well. Gossett not only says they support veterans, they put action behind their statement. This company performs the necessary work without always trying to up sell you. They pride themselves on honest, professional and timely service as well as being a very patriotic and Christian based company

WOW! I just had a brand new "Trane" 4 Ton Air Conditioner system including an amazing air handler with the latest clean air filter built in. I live in high allergy pollen crazy area and I can already tell a difference after just a few days. They are incredibly professional and friendly. I've used other companies who acted like they were doing me a favor.
But Gossett Air treated me like i was a friend and i feel i got an amazing value. New unit is SO QUIET compared to the ten year old one that they replaced. I would recommend Gossett Air to my friends and family 100% of the time.

My 4.5 year old Trane in-house unit broke one evening around 10:30pm leaving us with no A/C on a hot and humid evening. The next morning I contacted Gossett and asked for help. Rhonda let me know a technician would be able to make it out sometime that afternoon and that she would let me know 30 minutes out. Later that day Jose stopped by, looked at the unit and said he would be back the next morning. Rhonda called the next morning, Jose stopped by 30 minutes later, fixed the fan (under warranty!) and was done! Excellent work by both customer service and the technician! Thank you!

This company exceeded my expectations in every way. Michele the office manager is amazing and got me the best deal and a perfect fit for my AC and furnace system. The installers were very professional and worked diligently to get the job done. And get this, the owner Chuck showed up at my house mid way through the install to make sure everything was going well. They really know their stuff. I purchased a Trane complete system and will recommend them going forward. What a classy establishment.
