Dan and his team were quite responsive and patient to my needs, as immediate as they were. I called on Tuesday and they were at the property the next day. Communication was seamless, with pictures sent pronto and transaction conducted over the phone (I was out of town). He and his team even caught issues missed by others. They installed an evaporator coil and outside compressor in 2018 for us also. If you want a professional and honest HVAC assessment, this is your go-to.

In a straight forward manner, Dan gave us pricing for the furnace replacement that included his specific itemization of about one dozen specific components related to the proposed installation. Other estimates we received simply stated the brand and model of the furnace and the price for replacement. Dan's proposal provided us with all new components, unlike the other estimates.

With regard to duct-work, Dan explained that air-flow and air quality would be significantly improved with replacement, but existing duct-work was still functional. He left the decision up to us. Roy, assisted by Mike & Xris did an outstanding job of replacing both the furnace and duct-work. Roy is a seasoned professional whose thorough HVAC knowledge and experience was clearly evident.

He was a pleasure to work with. Our new duct-work rated R-8 clearly has improved air flow throughout the house. The overall system is working great and work was accomplished with no hassle and much courtesy. Description of work: Dan Gillis, owner of Air Stat, came to our home to provide a free estimate for replacement of a 20-year old, 4-ton furnace and possible replacement of our sagging ductwork located in the attic of our Montrose bungalow. He arrived on time and went directly into to the attic to inspect the furnace and duct-work.
