While I feel like I may see church services a tad too often, when I need them they make it happen. Jonathan the AC tech needs to be a part of leadership and a manager. He always professional and gives great explanations for what is going on. Rosie over the phones handled everything like a champ and I appreciated her listening to the problem and helping us resolve it.

My A/C was not cooling my home properly so I called Church Services. They sent a couple of technicians by the name of Priscilla & Pham to inspect my A/C unit. They first went in the attic, then outside to run a diagnostic. Later came back and explained very thoroughly what the problem was, listed my options and also made some recommendations. If I had any questions are concerns regarding the service, they were eager to assist me.
Both were very professional, knowledgeable and attentive. After our discussion and weighing all my options, I decided to sign up for the Service Advantage Plan and they installed a new A/C unit in my home. Church Services did a fantastic job! Now I have peace of mind. Yes, I would definitely recommend Church Services to my family and friends because they are a service expert company. Great job and a satisfied customer.

Church Services was recommended to us as the best and only company to use. We received excellent service, communication and advice from Clive D'Souza who walked us through on the entire job. He was informative, patient, professional and knowledgeable and explained the ins and outs about my Air Condition. I have worked with numerous companies for different services and by far my best experience has been with Church Services. Best communication from a company I have had! We are a Priority Plus Member so Church Services called to schedule the Annual Inspection and service for both of our Heating Units. Mo and Priscilla were on time just as scheduled. They were both very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and took the time needed to answer all of my questions. When they finished the service they explained their findings to me thoroughly.
They explained the condition and problems with my 14 year old unit, but I never felt pressured to make a rush decision to replace the unit. They were both very helpful and are very good representatives of the quality of service I have always received from Church Services. Jonathan is a great plumber he helped identify the problem very quickly. Jonathan was able to take care of the issue in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Jonathan to anyone. He is very respectful and courteous. You can tell he takes pride in the work he does and is devoted to his line of work.

This is our third time using CS plumbing repair. We had a leaking water faucet outside. Replaced with new. Tech performance was outstanding. He insulated the new faucet, as well as, removing and replacing the pipe insulation on the house inlet. I wish I could have afforded to replace all of my outside faucets. Otherwise we highly recommend Church Services plumbing repair

The two guys named Russell and Derek showed up on time. They were both very professional. They both wore mask because of these covid times, which is very considerate of me. They were knowledgeable about their trade and offer some service repairs to me that were excellent prices. They were able to make the system in better standings then how they found it.
They both made this maintence call very satisfying for me and my landlord. Everything we discussed is going to sent in an email to my landlord of all repairs and prices. I couldn't think of a better group of guys to help in this time of cold weather.

Had Church Services come out and address some plumbing issues we had. Shaun was very professional and fixed the problem. Also had a maintenance call for the central heater, technicians Noe and Priscilla were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the step by step process. They were very friendly. I also scheduled attic insulation to be installed after Noe did the walk through and heater maintenance. Church Services Rocks.

They graciously rescheduled me twice when I had personal situations & had to postpone appointments. Shaun & Derrick were able to come conveniently 4 hrs earlier today and were very polite about explaining my HVAC status. They were so professional in leaving me a quote for duct cleaning, purchasing a maintenance program and suggested I follow up on a probable roof leak and ceiling/wall stains. I'm very pleased over today's visit, Thank you!

Church Services serviced my AC units almost a year ago. At the time their technician accidentally dropped his drill on my hardwood floor leaving a small hole. They have told me they would repair it (the repair is minor) but thus far have not done it. I have called at least 6 times and each time they tell me they will discuss with the manager and call me back. Nice people. poor service!

My mother in laws in ceiling septic line cracked Sunday night. My mother in law is on Hospice care and bed bound and can't be moved from the house. I called Church Services and was told they would be out there Monday between 12-5. Ten minutes later I received a call from them saying they couldn't guarantee being there at the times they said they would and would probably have to come out the next day.
I explained the situation to the lady that called and all she could say was I'm sorry. So, I'm being punished because their dispatcher can't read their board correctly. We've used them before and had our house repairs and addon's done by them. But this is the straw that broke the camel's back. We won't be calling them for anything from now on. ZERO STARS

I had an unpleasant experience with Church Services HVAC replacement which I'd like to share. We had one HVAC system replaced in 2020 with Church, and had a very positive experience. Installation was done correctly with no issues and periodic maintenance checks to ensure everything was running smoothly. (4 stars) When the second unit required replacement in June 2021, I called Church HVAC again, and it was one problem after another.
It all started when their residential consultant stopped by to sell the job and pick up the signed contract. We did not see her again, nor did she check the status of the installation nor did she return my repeated phone calls. The installation was not done correctly, and a major piece of equipment was not even installed due to miscommunication between the technicians and the sales people.
After several angry phone calls to customer services, a Manager responded and apologized for the mess and did send some experienced technicians a week later to fix all the problems. The residential consultant had also promised a manufacturers rebate before signing the contract, but it has ben 3 months and I have not received any rebate. Again, after several phone calls and an office visit, I have come to know that the paperwork for the rebate was not sent in time and manufacturer refuses to honor it.
They keep promising me that Church Services will send me a rebate check to honor the sales contract, but I have not seen anything yet. I have now given up trying to get my rebate. You live and learn from these mistakes and hope it never happens again.

These guys play games on service work. Have had an annual HVAC maintenance plan for many years and under their new ownership they have begun upselling repair work. They said that I needed to replace 7 capacitors on my existing ac units and chemically clean the coils on 3 units. 4 of the 7 units are less than 4 years old. Proposed $15,000. Had another company come out to retest all units and only had 2 capacitors slightly out of spec. Said my coils were in excellent condition. $700 charge instead of $15,000. I called back to complain and they ignored me. Stay away from this company.

They are some real issues with scheduling! We are day 3 of being told we would have a technician in the morning, only to have to call and find out the appointment is scheduled for the afternoon! No phone call, no update. Had a technician who showed up yesterday afternoon and as soon as he left the issue came back! I called right away and was told he couldn't be back for 2 days! WTH!
He just left - like 10 minutes. Finally - after losing my cool, they had him back in 10 minutes. Terrible customer service at this point. Unfortunately, the tech couldn't fix and had to have someone scheduled for the next morning! Waiting now on someone to show up - not in the morning as promised, but this afternoon. we'll see. update: After the initial review they all bent over backwards to get our issue taken care of.!?
Still an additional 2 days, with a quote of 750.00 thrown in there. But technician was able to fix without that additional cost. So happy about THAT! 4th day after the first appointment date - we are complete and issue is fixed. I waited an additional day to ensure no problems.

I called them to adjust the hot / cold adjustment in a shower valve. I explained to the technician about the adjustment and that's what I needed done. He immediately said it was a $500 part that needed to be replaced. He wasn't interested in the adjustment, but instead selling me something I didn't need. Fortunately he didn't have the part he was trying to push.
I called another plumber who is reputable and the adjustment was fixed for $35. I do not recommend this company. After my experience I asked to speak with a supervisor but no one ever called. Poor customer service!

I have only had very good experiences with church services for my plumbing and AC needs They installed both my AC units in 2017 and 18 and I am part of their membership program. This includes spring AC and fall heating check ups. On my spring visit today Derek did a great and thorough job, taking the time to answer all my dumb questions. I also use churches for my plumbing needs. During the big freeze in February they were very responsive to fix my burst pipe. Am very impressed - they are a reliable company with excellent staff.

They call and call about scheduling routine maintenance which can be helpful. However if you are not an emergency or overtime or good income potential for your call you get moved around and pushed back and delayed til they need to keep a tech busy. If you have scheduled an appt and they agreed to the time window, then that appt needs to be kept.

$80K job. Hired them to install 3 AC/Heating units at my business. Did not realize the company had been sold. Poor, poor management. Multiple issues. The kicker was when they wanted us to pay for rewiring the electrical that they had installed because it wasn't sufficient to run the heater. To this day, I have chicken wire where the air vents should be. Called 5 or 6 times just for this issue alone. Management was NOT helpful and we were consistently given the run-around.for months. If you're into aggravation and hassles, use this company. Otherwise, keep looking!

I had water puddling on garage floor. Charged me $275 for leak detection. Plumber said pipe in garage, above outside spigot, leaked. Told me no supplies to fix pipe so capped pipe so house has water. Total bill $456. 9 hrs later, went into garage and garage ceiling had collapsed & water dripping from garage ceiling. Different plumber said after pipe repair, plumber should check water meter to detect other leaks. I requested at least partial refund. After follow up calls, I kept getting the run around.

I used this company to install my new a/c system, and that went fine. However, on two occasions now involving plumbing, I did not appreciate the game playing with prices for service. They tell you a ridiculous price and when you balk they call a manager, or say they do, and reduce the price. This is ridiculous. Why not be up front and honest about what they are going to charge?
I had some concerns about a possible leak around my sewer clean out onto the outer brick. The guy they sent didn't even suggest first removing the cap and taking a look with his eyes. He said he could look with a camera for, get ready, $250.00. I refused that. He then rings the bell again and tells me that he's spoken to a manager and now a camera look is $150.00. Again, no suggestion to just look first. This is scamming people. I'm done with Church Services,

Had our A/C go out and Church Services was recommended. They were very nice on the phone but had the appointment changed a few times because their technician ended up not being available at the requested time, which is fine. I understand that life happens, but we have a 6mo old and waiting another day in Texas without A/C really wasn't an option.
The only thing Church could offer was an after hours visit by my their tech but they wouldn't be able to waive the after hours fee which is double that if the fee for regular business hours. What a terrible business decision on their part, since the tech not being available during the appointment window was on them. Ended up having All Cool A/C & Heating come out instead and they were in an out within an hour, which includes my 4 PM phone call to schedule an appointment. Church lost a customer and All Cool gained one.

Stay away from them. Made the biggest mistake of hiring them without reading the reviews. Bought a brand new air conditioning last week and they promised us that they will be back today to finish the work. Took a day off and I had to be on the phone with them for over an hour arguing to get the service fulfilled. Stay away from Courtney - the salesperson, when she sold us the product, she told us to give her a call when we have issues.
I called her this morning and left a message. She called me back and the first thing that came out of her mouth is"I don't have anything to go with your issue - I just sell and if you have problems - call the office, " I guess once she sold the product, she does not care anymore. STAY AWAY FROM Church and Courtney. To sum it up - Church and their salesperson "Courtney" are only after your money. Once they get your sale - they don't care anymore.

We recently purchased a League City home that Church Services installed an $8500.00 HVAC System in back in December 2013. The system was not installed per building code and requires several modifications in order for it to be code compliant. I contacted Church Services about this issue and they sent out a technician to look at the system. The technician agreed that the system was improperly installed.
He also stated that the system did not have the necessary amount of return air vents, was in immediate need of having the A/C Coil cleaned, and the Condenser unit which they did not install also needed a Capacitor replaced in the which was allegedly leaking oil. A Church manager agreed to make the HVAC System they improperly installed code compliant if we spent the $850.00 to add a return vent and cleaned the coil.
They stated that the Capacitor replacement, a $40.00 dollar part would be included at no additional charge., When the technician arrived to perform the work, suddenly the free Capacitor was $225.00. When I stated it was included in the estimate the price changed to $85.00. Uncomfortable with this development I told him to have his manager call me.
Who said that the technician had the notes for the work and must not have seen them. At this point, we were no longer comfortable with using this company for anything as we were in effect having to pay them to repair their own failed installation and make it code compliant., We contacted another HVAC Service provider, Covington Comfort Air, who came out to look at the system.
They confirmed that the system was not code compliant, and needed additional return air. However when they inspected the coil and condenser capacitor which I personally observed them do. Neither of these items were actually in need of service or replacement. The evaporator coil was spotlessly clean, and the alleged leaking capacitor was not leaking, and had been replace in 2017.
I would also later discover that Church Services has been paid for a yearly maintenance contract by the previous owners and had been to the home only a month prior to our closing. So they clearly had the opportunity to address their own installation issues at that time and never did. Lastly, we have since learned that Churches technicians work on a commission basis. Which explains why we were being sold worn that was not required. Our experience with this company speaks for itself.

We used Church's electrician this week to rehang a crystal chandelier in our master bathroom. The chandelier had been installed incorrectly years ago and we wanted it done properly since it came out of the ceiling and almost fell to the floor! Edward Castillo arrived promptly at the scheduled time to inspect our ceiling and wiring. He determined that he could rehang the fixture the next day. Again, he arrived promptly at the scheduled time and got to work. Throughout, Edward was friendly, accommodating, and professional.
He was even able to replace the electrical box from the attic so he wouldn't have to remove our ceiling medallion. He did an excellent job securing the fixture and assuring us it wasn't going anywhere. There was also another electrician/supervisor who assisted Edward with the install briefly and although we can't recall his name, he was equally helpful and professional.
We appreciated his suggestion to switch to LED bulbs for the chandelier because they give off less heat. All in all, we were absolutely thrilled with the service we received from Church and would use them again without hesitation.

Worst - RIP OFFs - CRIMINALS is what they are. Here is there scam - sent a technical and a very pretty blonde sales woman. Of course all the excuses on why parts will take so long and the age of unit is so OLD - 7 yrs isn't that old for AC. They wanted $5500 Plus crane costs and of course they could do it tomorrow- but the replacement parts could take a "very long time to get here" I had RIchmond Air come over - they had it done it 20 minutes!
A minor part was needed and it was only $250.00 total! These guys are not honest and are looking for a very big paycheck and job. Whenever a "sales" person comes with a technician- you know it's a big scam and problem.
