Never got past customer service or technicians coming to house at appointment time. Technician came in the morning, supposedly, never rang bell or called on phone. Appointment was set for 1-4pm in afternoon. I was home the entire day. Clerk said technician must have changed it.but no phone call to me, ever. I called next day to find out what happened. Clerk said heard something about no one at home. Totally unreliable. Plenty of other ac & heat companies in Rockwall.

At 3:30 on Friday afternoon my AC stopped working. I called Honea Air and they sent a repairman out. AC was up and running before 5:30. I had had this level of service from them for over 8 years.

Our A/C went out last night and I had found on a social site that Honea Air, right here in Rockwall, was highly recommended. I called them this morning to see if they could come out soon to assess and fix the problem. They came out quickly and had the unit up and running within an hour of arrival. Can't say enough about their service, customer relations and the price was very good considering their speed in arriving and accuracy of the fix. Highly recommended by me now.

Honea serviced my AC unit and stated that everything was working appropriately. 60 days later, the system failed again and Honea would not honor their work. Poor customer service and a lack of business intregrity. Certainly will never be calling them again.
