Critical: Professionalism, Value My mother's AC wasn't cooling So she called them to come take a look at it the tech said it was the compressor then he told her she needed a whole new unit. I sent another AC guy to look at it. He calls me and says that who ever worked on it crossed wires to burn the unit up. And He sent us pictures. Service: A/C system maintenance

We make it a point to run maintenance on our HVAC system at least once a year to make sure there won't be any problems when we need to use the air conditioning or the heating. We noticed that the airflow among the rooms in our house wasn't consistent. There would be areas that wouldn't receive any air, and there were rooms that had an abundance of cool air. I called the heating and cooling repair company and requested their help. They obliged us promptly, and they sent their technician to our place quickly. He didn't need much time to take care of things, and we appreciate how well they improved the unit. Our air conditioning unit needed maintenance. Since my roommate and I were not knowledgeable when it comes to the technical stuff, we decided to leave it to the experts. He worked with great attention to detail and carefully restored our unit to its excellent performance. Not only that, but he was friendly and courteous, too.
