As a Community Manager, having reliable contractors and vendors is always crucial to the day to day business. Indoor has NEVER let me down. I had an emergency situation during very bad weather and Indoor Weather was my solution. They responded immediately, diagnosed the problem and fixed within a matter of hours where other companies couldn't get the job done same day.

Our 16-year-old air conditioner was on the way out and we decided to replace it before it broke completely. Boy, great decision. The Indoor weather professional crew were professional and efficient in removing the old and installing the new air conditioner. They also hauled away the old one! The Bryant air conditioner they recommended is ridiculously efficient and significantly reduced the humidity level in our house.

My energy bill went from $383/mo down to $201/mo; a 47% savings. AND THAT'S WITH THE MONTHLY TEMPERATURE INCREASING FROM 89° TO 98°! I would definitely recommend this company. They know what they're doing!

I used this company two years ago when I purchased my home. Steve came out and went over the system with me. Steve suggested I put a float valve in place and took the time to explain why that was important. 20 months later I am so glad I listened to his advice. Even better when I called because the unit appeared to be turning off, Steve offered to come out after hours if needed.

He showed up just after 9am the next day figured out what the problem was easy fix and my AC is running great. Maintenance is key! I know it's hard to part with that $109.00 to have a check up but it is part of home maintenance. Thanks Kris, Chris and Steve for the great customer service and speedy response time.

Quick, efficient, friendly. Called them on Sunday, Steve came first thing Monday morning, fixed it to the best he could without the part, and then came back Tuesday to finish the job. Highly recommend!

We were really in a bind with our AC not cooling properly. Indoor Weather came out the same day, recharged our coolant and were on their way in under an hour. Great service and super professional!

AC started leaking in the middle of COVID19 lockdown. Was able to get an appointment for the following morning and repair was completed within a matter of hours. The repairman wore a mask, gloves, and maintained distance as much as possible through the entire process. Highly recommend!

Steve was fantastic. Once he heard that we had gone a day and a half without air conditioning, he came out early to fix our issue. He also took the time to teach me how to fix the same problem in case it happened again. He also showed me how to maintain the unit to prevent a repeat issue. Lastly, he took me outside to show me how to clean the outside of the unit which will help extend the life of the unit. Great service! Highly recommended!

Had a great experience with Indoor Weather Professionals. Our 18-year old R22 a/c wasn't going to last forever. We asked for quotes to replace the system from several a/c contractors. The folks at Indoor Weather Professionals offered a fair price to install a new Bryant a/c and furnace. We selected them to do the job and we now have a variable speed system that is super quiet and super efficient.

The installation crew and office staff were friendly, respectful and answered all questions thoroughly. We are more than happy with the work performed by Indoor Weather Professionals.

I just had this company install a zoning system in my house and they did a horrible job. The first night after the install we started hearing noise in the attic. Called them to come check it out, they said they needed to charge me a fee for after hours and I should just wait til the morning which I did. The next day the air wasn't flowing at all from the vents. Called them again said they would fix the issue when they come to fix the noise.

Two days later the unit started leaking and now have damage in the ceiling and I have to probably get a new unit. I called them again last night and they once again said that they have to charge me the fee even though the lady on the phone said that's not right when I told her about it. I would NOT recommend choosing this company if you're planing to do any kind of installation.

So yeah basically I just threw 2k in the trash, very frustrating :(. Edit: I had the owner(Kris) come and look at the AC unit this weekend. He was very nice and spent a couple hours trying to figure out what's going on with the unit. He also agreed to remove the after hours fee. I updated the score from 1 to 3 starts cause the owners seems to care about their customers.
