First off, Grande was responsive to setting up an appointment promptly and began work the next day. After a day of installation it finally began cooling again. The technicians worked hard at it all day and let us know they were almost done. When they were done they explained the process and how to work the new thermostat. Very happy with their work!

I have a 2 story home and the temp upstairs has consistently been about 10-15 degrees warmer than downstairs. We'd freeze downstairs while the bedrooms upstairs hardly got any air flow. I've used Grande before and had them come out to take a look. Turns out I had dampers that weren't working and a leak in my duct work. They were able to replace the dampers and duct work and also installed an air purification system to help combat seasonal allergies. The difference upstairs now is night and day! I appreciate they're honesty and responsiveness and would highly recommend them.

We had a wonderful experience with Grande Air Solutions! They installed our new HVAC system so quickly, and even brought us a portable AC unit to use while waiting for the installation. They also installed new ducts for us since ours were so leaky & dysfunctional. Our house feels so cold & comfortable now. Everyone was friendly & answered all of our questions and concerns. With a terribly moldy supply system Grande's team was there to help. Had a quick competitive quote and the replacement system including air handler and all supply ducts, buckets, grills in just a few days. Removal and install was completed in just 1 day. They also installed a great air cleaner which has drastically helped with allergens and odors in the house. Great folks! I'll definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

If you are in the market for a new HVAC system, I highly recommend considering Grande air. The owner (Izzy) is one of the most honest people I've met and is very concerned about quality control. I replaced my entire HVAC system with them and he came out multiple times to inspect the system after it was installed. I also had something the AC breakdown at a different house I own over a holiday weekend and he called me personally to walk me through some troubleshooting without expecting payment. Very high quality work for a reasonable price. This company goes above and beyond for their customers.

Ivan arrived on time, was friendly and followed good COVID protocols. He was very knowledgeable concerning our HVAC equipment and made suggestions to allow for peak performance. I felt the price for the service was fair. And I signed up for annual service plan, so I feel confident Grande Air will help us stay cool in summer and warm in winter.

Called late at night for a quote for someone to come check our AC. Our house was reading in the mid 80s for a month & we could figure it out & couldn't take it anymore. I'm sure she was the owner and she said she would have someone over the very next day. Ivan came the next day and looked at everything. We found out that the motor in the outside unit was broken. Thankfully it was under warranty and all we had to pay for was labor. He ordered the part the next day and installed it and it was fixed. They didn't charge an arm & leg to come out and inspect it.

They were on time, respectful, and didn't attempt to be pushy about what we needed. The quote was fair and the Technician that performed the install and repair was absolutely fantastic! Ivan goes above and beyond to make sure you receive exactly what you need and nothing more nothing less.
A real straight shooter, with a knack for knowing how to explain the specifics to the respective audience. He was able to stop by during a weekend about 4 weeks after the install when a sudden issue came up with about 30 minutes notice! Astonishing!

Experienced AC issues late in the evening scrambling to find 24/7 solutions. Grande was the quickest solution available with regard to response time and sending somebody out. They also kept me updated with phone calls and texts throughout the entire process. They weren't the first option in going through google search for the area, but I'm glad I landed on them.
I finally called Grande at 8:25pm and they had someone already headed out just before 9pm. This is as good as it gets when it comes to service. Professional company.professional results with a friendly smile and attitude.and a ton of experience and knowledge. Highly recommended!

My AC was blowing warm air, inside my house it was 98° I called Grande Air solutions and they sent Yamel right away. He was able to diagnose the problem and was able to fix it. I am very happy with the great customer service he had. I even learned some things I didn't know about the AC unit. He was Very thorough and never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. I even signed up for their maintenance plan, great job Grande Air Solutions

Unfortunately my AC went out, but the people from Grande Air Solutions did a fantastic job fixing it. I took them less than one hour to get to my location after I call them. The person that I spoke with was Isael, he gave me a couple of option and quoted me a very fair price. I would say they took care of the problem in less than 45 mins, and even sent pictures and video since I had to go back to my job. I definitely recommend them.

Izzy with Grande came out and installed a new unit for very reasonable price. They did great work and his make it right attitude is refreshing to see. When we had a clogged drain on Sunday, he came out at 8:00 after a long day and made it right. This was not his fault as the lines were not part of the new installation, but he made it right, and on a Sunday night.
He worked a long day and still have a very pleasant attitude and was still smiling when he left. Amazing person. I cannot rate Grande any higher than 5 stars or I would and I am a very picky person. Thank you.

I called Grande Air with an AC that was blowing warm air in the middle of summer. I rent a commercial building on N. Lamar and everything about it is funky and difficult, 18 foot ceilings, difficult access to the AC units. They came out same day and helped us out tremendously. Izzy was very friendly and courteous and we were up an running within an hour. Since then I have them helping with all my residential and commercial properties. I highly recommend them.

This is a true professional- honest and thorough. I had done my own quick assessment that our reversing valve on our heat pump was bad. I jumped to the wrong conclusion and he could have charged me big bucks for replacing that reversing valve- that wasn't it, it was that the stat was bad (something I should have caught), and we got it replaced and he only charged me for the service call. I highly recommend Grande to anyone!

I own a Cellphone wireless business and yesterday my ac was not cooling and i call an ac company to come an fix it but their price was ridiculous they were charging me $8500 to replace the system.
