2022 worked on my freezer march 3 $660.05 fixed it! stopped working again march 7 no charge. march 18 replaced some sensors $373.27. may 3 stopped working again $403.51 froze evaporator core. may 26 stopped working again $205.68 froze core. here i am now again june 6th and still not working. new freezer cost $2000 and have spent that much and still not working.

Made the switch to Superior - had recommendations from friends. Superior came recommended for Trane and I went with them. I had one unit not cooling at all, and the others I though were fine. Ended up with 2 coil leaks - one empty and the other one low. Leaks obvious when they pulled out the old ones. Price for the parts was fair and so was labor and freon. Ran into another issue with a breaker on one unit and fixed same day.then on a Sunday 2 days later one of the units went out again. Capacitor blew - probably due to the electrical issues with the unit a few days earlier.
Out at house with parts and replacement in 2 hours for a very fair price. I am a continuing customer for sure. Great service, polite all the way around, and responsive to my request.

They are polite, friendly people. They responded in a timely manner. Explained the problem, gave an estimate for the repair, ordered the part and fixed the problem. They came back the next day to check because I thought there was still an issue, which turned out there wasn't, and they didn't charge for the trip out to check. Service: Repair HVAC

Jason was here on time, replaced the AC filter and took the metal cover that holds the filter in place to the outside where he washed and cleaned it thoroughly. Then he went into the attic and fixed several things there. He was almost ready to leave when I asked him if something could be done about attic insulation that was dropping down through the vents into the living area every now and then.
He was very agreeable and got a ladder and cleaned the insulation from the vents, even going outside to get a drill so he could remove the vents and clean them more thoroughly. He is a real credit to Superior Air and goes above and beyond what you would expect to do a good job.

Superior air was on time and highly professional. Their people are highly qualified and worked with us every step of the way. They were very responsive to all of our questions and concerns and kept a us informed of exactly how the process would work. We have a brand new AC and heater with dual zones in our house and could not be more pleased.

I have been a loyal customer for many years getting my A/C serviced and maintained by your skilled and professional technicians. They are truly the heart of your business and have always provided me great care. Because I do business and host events at my home, it's critical that I can resolve any air conditioning issues quickly to accommodate my guests and clients at my property.
The night that my previous A/C failed, Jason, the technician on call did everything to assess the situation and make me feel comfortable while hosting a house full of guests. He was calm, professional and considerate to everyone that evening, although he was completely soaked from working in the severe weather and rain. He kept me calm, my guests calm, and diagnosed the issue quickly.
The purchase of my new A/C unit I made from your salesman Steve was a super smooth transaction from the original quote, follow up calls, to the final decision to move forward with a new unit. Steve is not only professional and knowledgable of the units he sells, he's also personable, and relatable. Steve understands his customers extremely well, as a new unit is a large and long term investment. Kudos to Steve for being available to assist me even on the day of his daughter's A&M graduation.
I am thankful to have developed a great relationship with Steve and Superior Air. I've dealt with various A/C companies and have always chosen Superior Air for the prompt customer service, on call and skilled techs that have quickly been able to diagnose issues with my previous unit. From next day follow up calls to handwritten thank you notes I receive after maintenance visits, I have always been able to count on Superior's excellent customer service.
After my older unit went out, I thought I would be waiting for a long time given the current shortage of units. That wasn't the case. Steve, Mack and his team at Superior helped me to get a new unit installed within a couple of days. They were quick, efficient, and the whole team had us up and running in no time. Mack's background & technical experience, care and professionalism can't be beat.
He's the real deal when it comes to getting the job complete and done efficiently. Unfortunately, the new unit had a manufacturing defect which became apparent right away. Naturally, this situation was not ideal, but Superior Air has gone above and beyond to make it right. Not only did they make an immediate repair to the unit to get it functional, but I am now excitedly awaiting a complete new unit which is due to be installed later this week! Superior Air has bent over backwards to ensure I am completely satisfied.
I'll be recommending Superior Air to my friends, colleagues, and fellow BCS chamber members in the Bryan-College Station community. They provide awesome services! Jason is vey responsible guy, which is great for his company. He helped me fix my thermstat issue and found out the water drainage issue as well. I called the customer services at 6 pm and they came in an hour on weekend, and finish all the work within a short time. I personnally highly recommend Jason and his company!

This company charged me over 400 dollars to check out $ AC systems at my fourplex. Not only did they not tell me anything, other than which AC's were broken and which were fine (like I didn't know that) They charged me over time because it took their technician longer to do the work than what a general check up takes. Then they quote me hundreds of dollars to fix one of my systems, that ended up being a faulty thermostat. I would never recommend this company ever.
