Very professional folks, all around. I was pleasantly surprised to get a text telling me who my technician would be, and with a picture! Service was relatively prompt considering the workload, and the technician got us up and running within an hour. Very grateful! And even better, Michael took the time to answer all my questions and explain in detail what was wrong. From the first phone call, to the closing of our front door, working with Malek was a pleasure. The technician was very helpful. We lost our ac late on Thursday night. They called out a technician and had the problem diagnosed and patches that evening. They returned early Friday morning and had the entire ax system installed in hours. Very professional and truly a godsend. We have an 80 year old grandmother who lives with us and she could not be without ac in the Texas summer. I would recommend them to anyone.

Thinking of hiring Malek Services? The quality of the customer service was great and the Plumber sent was professional and thorough. The issue is that they are INCREDIBLY expensive.over $600 for a 1 hour diagnostic visit that resulted in a recommendation to "seal around the tile and bathtub" to fix a potential water leak. I did call the company to complain at the outrageous nature of the diagnostic fee, that nothing was ever "repaired" and after talking to three people it was clear that there would be no remedy.

So if you got TONS of cash laying around to pay for diagnostic work then Malek is your company. If you are on a budget and want to save money (and not feel ripped off) then you should look somewhere else. They are pushy and misleading with their "Total Protection Plan" that really only protects you from the $85 fee they charge for someone to show up.but not cover the $$$ to perform the "diagnostic" work.

Very organized and professional business offering customers the best service and new construction installation. Quality and tidy workmanship in a timely manner that saves money due to a well equipt technician offering multiple options for customers. Membership available that put clients at a priority when an emergency arises, which is unheard of in this industry when it's difficult to secure quality tradesman in this day and age as in high demand.

The operator was very helpful and friendly working me in as soon as possible when the system went down. The technician that came out was very personable and knowledgeable. Our thermostat went out during the night when it was cold weather so the next day I tried to install a thermostat on my own. That did not work. I went to Malek's office and told them what my issue was and they were good enough to schedule me that very afternoon. They came out and added everything I needed for the thermostat to work and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them to anybody. They are very professional.
