Our upstairs unit wasn't cooling. Called and they got me scheduled for the afternoon. Miguel Ramirez the technician was running behind schedule but let me know in advance he was running behind which is greatly appreciated. He did a great job in fixing the problem. Very professional and pleasant. I would recommend Miguel any time. He was a pleasure to d. business with.

Think carefully to choose this company Our air conditioner had a big difference in temperature in different rooms They charged $89 for a diagnostic visit and said they would check from the beginning When they opened the air conditioner layer by layer and found a lot of dust on the filter, they offered to charge $145 just to clean the dust We thought the price was high and unreasonable and suggested that we might be able to clean the dust ourselves and wanted to ask him to go on to the next step He refused and asked us to do this step or he couldn't do the next step.

When he left, he said he usually does this step for free for client but he was busy and needed to go to the next service, and we needed to pay another $89 for a diagnostic visit if he needed to come again. We tried to call customer service and already speak to the service manager to explain the problem, but they thought we were trying to take advantage. The guy who served us told us it was all company policy.

We called about our A/C being out. The person on the phone was very respectful and courteous. They took care of the situation right away, they gave us a time slot but were early. Boomer arrived early, he took care of the situation extremely quickly and we were up and running with A/C very quickly (within an hour). We really appreciate Barker's Heating & Cooling and Boomer and would recommend them to our friends and family.

I called and got a quick appointment for my AC repair. Reed initially came out and got our AC back up, and running for an extremely fair price. He was great. After he left, a 2nd issue arose which required me to call after hours. Cody came quickly at night and fixed the 2nd issue at no additional charge. I was bracing myself for crazy charges/fees, but both Reed and Cody were awesome, fair, and very friendly. I don't think I'll use another company for any type of home repair needs moving forward. Can't say enough great things.

I love and greatly appreciate how responsive the team at Barker H&C are. Anytime we've ever had an issue they have been quick to come out and diagnose and fix it leaving us cool again. With this crazy TX heat, you should keep them in your favorites list!

It was a pleasure and joy working with our technician, Josh, on our annual A/C tune-up. He was timely, professional, competent, and took the time to discuss the situation and explain his recommendations. We ultimately proceeded with multiple of his recommendations, and he helped resolve some uneven air flow and cooling that we've experienced since we bought the home. Excellent service and time!

Nothing like AC going out But I have used Barker in the past and had great response time and value to what I needed done. Eden Garcia was no exception. He discovered what was needed and cleaned out unit from leaves and was able to make repair without having to order part. He gave me the best value for what I was paying for and that meant a lot. We had contracted with Barker's for many years at our previous home in Edelweiss Gardens. They were always on time and professional. Being in the commercial development field myself I've seen my fair share of shoddy work over the years. If your wanting an honest, professional HVAC company to service your equipment needs, then look no further. There are not many companies left anymore that take pride in providing quality services at an affordable price like Barkers!

It was a pleasure and a neat experience to work with Barker's company. Chuck Thompson, the project manager, is reliable, professional and knowledgeable. Everything we agreed on, down to the smallest detail, he made sure to fulfill it. His team (Coleman R., Caleb B., Antwan H., and Damon R.) was such a polite and pleasant staff. They all are professional, took care of clearing and cleaning the old equipment and any mess. Job was done not before Chuck arrived again on the same night to inspect the equipment and the work. We are very satisfied and highly recommend Barker's to anyone.

My home was built in the 70s; the ducts and vents needed professional attention. Barker's Heating & Cooling sent out experienced professionals to do the work. In addition to the cleaning, I had a REME HALO Whole Home In-Duct Air Purifier installed to help keep my entire system running much cleaner and practically germ and virus free from now on. James and Keith worked as a cohesive and efficient team.

They were friendly, informative, and professional. It's clear they take pride in the service they provide. They gave me a briefing prior to beginning, so that I knew what to expect. As the worked progressed and I thought of more questions, they patiently and thoroughly answered me. When they finished, James and Keith debriefed me step-by-step, with high quality before and after pics. As if all of that wasn't impressive enough, after several hours of physically demanding work, these guys cleaned up after themselves! I'm pleased with the whole process.
