Critical: Responsiveness Called this morning and spoke with their answering service. Gave detailed information about our issue. She said a tech would get right back with me. It's now after 6pm and nobody has contacted us to come out or even say they can't make it. Now 95 degrees inside and when I call their number it just hangs up. Call doesn't even go through.

I used Otis A/C twice and they always helped out big style and went beyond my expectations. So, I can honestly recommend them as an excellent local A/C service, father & son business. Last summer my AirCon went kaputt in the biggest heat, and they came after working hours to repair it solid with out any extra charge. "We are not making money with people in need" the man said. Now, you tell me when you've witnessed such a noble attitude the last time?! I was very positivly impressed and will go back to them whenever I need to. Thanks a lot!
