They saved our lives! Our home warranty service sent a company who did a horrible job, and after charging a huge amount of money (because the warranty service would not cover), the thing failed within 5 months, but would not fix the problem saying they only warranty parts for 10 days! I just did a google search and found Edwards Heating and Cooling, and the technician fixed the problem right away, and also told us that the other company should have given us at least 6 months warranty, but normally one year.
And that is the standard. So I fought with the first company, and with Edwards help, I was able to get most of the money back on the parts. Since then we always call Edwards, and every time, we had great experiences.
