I've been a customer of Fresh Air for many years. They sell high quality equipment (my current furnace and AC units were both purchased and installed through them) and provide outstanding service (their annual maintenance program is a great deal that keeps the equipment in top working order). Their technicians are alway courteous, knowledgeable, and conscientious about keeping my home and the work area clean.

I had some connection issues with my thermostat. Called Fresh air heating and cooling, Sarah from the office was super nice and able to accommodate an appointment on the same day. The company, Fresh Air, was extremely accommodating and were able to give us same day service to repair our a/c system, which was sorely needed in the middle of a heat wave! The technician was very courteous, explained in detail what repair was necessary and why. Prompt friendly service at a very reasonable price. We used Fresh Air to diagnose why our A/C unit was no longer cooling. They were extremely responsive and had a tech come out right away. This was particularly appreciated since it was a Friday evening and they were the only HVAC company to respond. Our tech Brad was very kind, professional, quickly diagnosed a Freon leak; he added more Freon and was on his way in no time. Problem effectively resolved! We were very impressed with Fresh Air's service and won't hesitate to use and refer them again!

We have used Fresh Air for our bi-annual service checks for nearly 15 years with great satisfaction. Our AC unit was on the decline so we preemtively decided it was time to replace the entire system. Fresh Air offered a great spring pricing opportunity and sent us Jim, a friendly and knowledgeable Comfort Advisor, to discuss our options. After choosing a new system, they were available within 3 days for the installation.

On the day of installation it was a rainy cold day but technicians, Doug and John, were ready! They were friendly, knowledgeable, answered every question, kept the house and exterior clean, reset the outside pad, and explained how our new system (with humidity controls and five speed fan) would work in all seasons and modes. Working with Fresh Air was a very pleasing experience which we encourage others to consider for their HVAC needs!
