Lomack Service

Artie from Lomack was very courteous. The price was fair and service was excellent. Artie is one of those rare technicians who will use equipment to diagnose an issue and provide you with the most cost effective remedy.not always telling you that you have to replace an entire unit. He came up with a repair that saved us thousands of dollars and enabled us to get a few more years out of our current air conditioning unit. We were happy to subscribe to their maintenance plan because we trust that they'll take good care of us in the future.

I had a very negative experience and when Mark called me back he offered to refund my $125 and promised to put the check in the mail. Weeks later, still no check and they've blocked my number! As a Realtor, I come across many clients who require AC/Heating, what do you think the chances are I'd ever recommend them? Sadly, no negative review scale available.

He was timely, professional and went above and beyond to make sure all of our questions were answered. We will for sure continue to use them for all our heating & air needs.

Working in property management, it is crucial to have vendors that leave a good impression with both the Tenant and property Owner. If we need to send someone out to a property and they are late, rude, or provide an excessively high bid, it can reflect poorly on us and damage our business relationships. After having their tech, Caleb, help at my personal residence these guys will be my preferred HVAC vendor. I was really impressed with their communication, promptness, honesty, and positive attitude given how hot it was! Thank you!

We had Lomack install a mini split heating and air for our back unit and make adjustments to our forced air in the front house. Everything was perfect. Dennis's team was on time and finished in one day. Throughout the day his lead service tech, Artie, would check in with us to be sure everything was as we wanted. Artie spent time with us at the end of the project to be sure we understood how to operate the new units. Cleanup and craftsmanship was outstanding.

I've rented my condo for almost 7 years now. It was originally built in 1979 with no AC, and radiant heat. in the ceiling! (Who puts heat in the ceiling?!) The radiant heat cost a fortune to run so I used space heaters in winter, and portable ACs in the summer. What a pain, and my power bills were incredibly high. My neighbors had Lomack install central heat and ac when they bought their unit across from me.

It looked really nice when everything was done - like the unit was built with the HVAC already installed. I convinced my landlady to upgrade my condo with the same. She got a few estimates, but decided to go with Lomack in the end because they did such a great job across the way. (Honestly, I think the other estimates would've had hidden costs too.

A couple were lower, but I think those guys didn't include everything that really needed to be done. Lomack's estimate and final price were all the same as far as I know, so no hidden costs at all.) I was very happy she decided on them because I knew since they'd already done one unit, it would probably be very easy to do mine. Ruben and his team were super courteous, answered all my nosy questions, explained everything they were doing, and even managed to squeeze the main unit into the corner of my garage so it took up as little space as possible.

They were in and out in two days for the entire install! So efficient! And they cleaned up after themselves very nicely. The unit works like a charm, and my condo stays at a beautiful even temperature now. I'm so very thrilled to be done dealing with portable Acs and space heaters! I highly recommend Ruben's team for HVAC installs. The whole experience with Lomack has been a great one, and (knock on wood) I haven't had any problems in the last three months. :)

Lomack is a life saver! They installed a new unit today and I couldn't be happier. The guys were terrific; very professional. They walked me through the issues they found and how they fixed them like having to move the unit over several inches to bring it into code compliance and closed off all the exposed areas the builder had left unfinished which clearly contributed to the old unit working itself to death.

The job was done quickly, they put down tarps everywhere they worked to keep the house clean and cleaned up as if they were never here. I will refer these folks to everyone I know who needs help with their air-conditioning.
