My 10 year 2 month Carrier unit stopped working on 7/7/17 in the midst of our heat wave. Contacted Cantrell Aire on the morning of 7/8/17. As anticipated, they were booked and had been all week with the unusually high temperatures we've been experiencing. I was given an appointment for next week, but assured if there was a cancellation they'd work me in.
Sure enough l was called and told the window of time they'd be there. Received a confirmation call from the technician and he arrived on time. Very professional, knew his stuff and diagnosed the problem. Had the replacement part with him, installed it and.cool air! Little did they know l would have paid 4 times what they charged. Thank you Cantrell Aire!

HORRIBLE! Having MAJOR issues with this company. We had a unit installed in 2011, having them come out to fix a clogged condensation line. The tech came twice never told us that the HVAC closet was full of MOLD due to the leaky condensation line. The tech replaced the freon and said system was running EXCELLENT! 2 days later the unit is still not working. Called multiple times with no answer or response. FINALLY they answer and said we need a new unit! WTF!
How does it go from running Excellet to a new unit in 2 days instead of helping us fix this 3 year old unit! My mom is in Chemotherapy and we can not live with mold and no AC in the Valley! WTF! Thinking of reporting to the BBB.
