Outstanding service from Benji Ben from Affordable Heating & Air. He was on time, respectful ( do you need me to take off my shoes), identified the problem immediately & saved us a lot of money - turned out we did not need a whole new unit after all. Not only that, but he was incredibly engaging & helped us out more than we expected. Thank you Benji - we will definitely come back to this company, but want Benji Ben to be our technician :)

Eric was amazing! He was very friendly, knowledgable and well versed in the explanations of issue and resolution. His professionalism multiplied the confidence level for the organization. I would highly recommend Affordable Heating and Air for any AC or heating service needs. When our AC needed replacing in the middle of the summer, and after reviewing a number of bids to fix, they stood out. While providing fair pricing, superior service, and incredible customer communication before, during and after the AC was installed, their attention to my needs as a client always took precedent.

Our experience with our technician Benji was very informative and thorough. Very knowledge of his products and HVAC system. Everyone we dealt with through the process was very professional and helpful.

Eric was respectable and very knowledgeable. I appreciated him taking his time with our A/C assessment. Providing clear options to the work we may need makes it much easier on the decision making. Like with everything, even though we will seek a 2nd/3rd quote for price comparison, I cannot deny that Eric is one cool & awesome dude that keeps things on a real level, which is something that is difficult to find in today's world. He's one good guy. Hope and pray we can come to an agreement in the next couple days.

I finally needed to replace Our ac unit at our home and called about 3 or 4 Places to get quotes, I was referred to Donna from a friend and got a quote from her, by far they were the best option, not only Cost but professionals as well, I wanted something done asap and they were able to fit me in, her team were very nice and did an amazing job. Highly recommend. Good service great work.

A truly fantastic experience. Jeremy is our new hero and Affordable H and A are our going to be our new go to for Maintenance and repair. Jeremy is not only incredibly friendly and positive, but even more importantly he knows what he's doing. He came in and was able to get on our roof with no problem when just about every other contractor complained it was impossible without a specialty ladder.

He checked out the unit, diagnosed the problem (blown capacitor) and repaired it in under 30 minutes! He also gave me an air filter to use because my existing one was so dirty. He explained everything he was doing and involved us in the process when it made sense. When it came time to pay we didn't even have to sit down. Very reasonable. Hats off to Jeremy. The feeling of confidence and relief my wife and I feel now that we have a reliable AC contractor is palpable. One less thing to worry about.

Writing a review for an install back in December now that we've used our new heat pump for both heating and cooling. The system is working great! Martin and his team did a fantastic job on the installation - they communicated well, made everything look nice, and provided information on how to use the system. Their price was extremely reasonable. I work at an organization that encourages people to install heat pumps, and I would recommend Affordable Heating and Air to everyone I know.

I found this company on a Facebook group and I was desperate to fix my A/C because it wasn't pumping cool air. I called them and they sent a technician named Jeremy the SAME DAY! He told us our capacitor was the problem and we also needed to install a hard start kit. He did it in 20 minutes and our A/C started working instantly. It was a little pricier than I thought it would be but not horrible, considering we need our air condition fixed in this heat wave and Jeremy knew exactly what the problem was right away!
