Just had a service call and I was extremely pleased with the two technicians. They were on time and explained the problem, quickly repaired it and even showed me the part. My HIGHEST recommendation for this company. A side note; they had already been around forever when I made them a local TV commercial "back in the day" when I was just starting my career.

I always remembered their name. Last week when my heater went out I called my appliance guy and he recommended M&M! I'm glad my days of making local TV ads are buried deep in the dustbin of history but also glad one of my very first clients is going strong in 2021! Don't waste your time calling around, these guys are the BEST.

I figured my house wouldn't get cool enough due to lack of insulation in my walls since the AC is new. Decided to get a professional opinion and called Magnison &Moen. They made me an appt for the same week AND ITS SUMMER which is super fast service. They were very professional and kind. Showed up on time and explained everything to me which I loved.

They found a leak and added some refrigerant and WHOA my house feels better than it ever has! It was pretty much an instant difference. So bummed I didn't reach out earlier. They will be my go to company now. Looking for great service and work? definitely give them a call. Also the cost was soooo reasonable! What more could you ask for? Thanks for saving a hospital night-shifter from sweating while trying to sleep during the day!

I've used this company twice now. I would never go anywhere else. I can't believe how easy and fast it is to have them out. It's truly unbelievable. I've only dealt with Jeff, and if you get him, consider yourself in the best hands possible. After being put through the ringer in the past with other companies, I didn't know what to expect, I am amazed.

Extremely good service all around from the lady answering the phones. Both times, Jeff has diagnosed the problems in all my units very quickly, and had all the parts needed in his van. Amazing! They usually have to order this and that and give you the run around. Super knowledgeable and friendly. My units are 20 years old and when I'm ready, I will only call them for a complete overhaul. I would give Todd at Magnison &Moen 10 stars if I could. With all the shady people out there these days they are definitely not one of them. Todd came out and went above and beyond in helping out with the heater problem I had and his workers that came and installed the new heating system were professional and explained everything. To any single women out there don't be afraid of being taken because they don't operate that way, I am eternally grateful for their service.

This was the first time getting our AC serviced in 17 years. We were refered by a friend of Todd's and they sent out a tech in a very timely manner. Our tech was Ryan. He was polite and very professional. He troubleshot our unit very quickly and all we needed was freon! We are back in the 'coolness' now! So very pleased with our service! We would highly recommend them to any of our friends and family!

Magnison & Moen are my go to company anytime I need Heating or A/C service. I trust them to be fair and honest and they are! They installed an attic fan in my two story home that blows the heat out of the attic and helps to keep my A/C from having to work so hard cooling the upstairs. They have also replaced one of my A/C units at home and have serviced my A/C unit at work too.

Do not use this company. They first send a kid who didn't know how to clear my air conditioner drain. Then the owner came and broke my pipe, and he had the nerve to tell me to call the plumber, and there is no charge for the 2nd visit? Really!

We've been using Magnison & Moen for almost 5 years. Initially they did maintenance and we needed a new AC/Heater unit, which we had installed last week. The installation went great. The guys are just wonderful.polite, respectful, clean, knowledgeable, nice, friendly, on time and most of all, they know what they are doing and will not leave until the work is done. PLUS, the price is beyond reasonable. And they have an annual maintenance program that is awesome. Recommendation: USE MAGNISON & MOEN FOR YOUR AC/HEATING NEEDS. No need to look any further!

Very courteous and attentive to my concerns. The repairman knew exactly what he was doing and presented himself in a professional manner. The work area was very clean which I must say is a shock because some contractors totally trash your place and do not care to even clean it up. The office manager was extremely helpful too. I have had them out a couple times to work on different issues with my heating and air conditioning. They are by far the best I have ever dealt with. Honest and fair pricing with the experience to back it up. They were incredible. They handled everything from ducting problems I had, electrical issues to also making sure my air conditioning works great. I call them for almost anything now!

Magnison & Moen was at my door within hours. I called as air wasn't cooling down the house. Todd checked a few things, put some Freon in the a/c unit & it was back to "cool". Todd is "right on"!
