I want to thank Gary and the whole crew for the fabulous job they did on our new HVAC system and installation. It works beautifully. Now, here's the cool part. Our last two bills, from SMUD and PG&E (gas), have come in over 50% less combined than our SMUD bill only for the same time last year. I knew we'd save some, but not that much. Well done. I'll continue to recommend you guys to everyone we know! New installation and repairs of air conditioning, heating, sheet metal, rain gutters and insulation.

I worked at Capitol Mechanical for over 10 years. It was my first job working in the HVAC business. During my time working there I learned what it means to be a good man/human through the owner Gary Albert's example. Gary treated everyone with a sincere kindness from his employees to his customers providing them with respect and honesty that is seldom found these days in business. Gary's word has always been reliable. I highly recommend Capitol Mechanical for any HVAC or Sheet Metal needs.

This is the third or fourth time we've used Capitol Mechanical. They came out for an inspection of our split HVAC system. We got an appointment right away. They showed up when they said they would, they thoroughly checked our system, they did a little bit of cleaning, and they did not try to sell us any unnecessary parts or service. I love working with an honest and dependable company. Thank you Capitol Mechanical!

Now I no longer need to clean my gutters! Gary Albert, the owner, showed up on time with two workers who did a fantastic job. They were polite and creative and modified materials to fit. I can't say enough good things about them. I heard from a friend that they do a great job with heating systems as well.

Ive worked for a general contractor for over 15 years and Capitol mechanical has done all our heating and air work as well as sheet metal and gutter work. These guys are awesome and do high quality work at a fair price and never cut any corners, the job is always done right. They have also done work at my home as well as for family and friends, expectations are always meet and exceed. These guys are top notch and i highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services. If their was an option for a 6 star review they would recive it.

We had a great experience with Capitol Mechanical! They installed seamless gutters for us and I am so glad that we chose this company. Gary (who came out to give an estimate) and all of the guys who installed the gutters were absolutely professional, fast, and did a great job. They took great care with our home to make sure that nothing was damaged during the process.
The cost for the gutters was right in line with the other estimates we received but ultimately we chose this company based on the attitude and professionalism of Gary, as well as the quality of product offered! They definitely met my expectations!

Fast response during the hottest month of the year! Among several heating and air companies I contacted for estimates, these guys gave me the best price. Very courteous. They took off their shoes when in my home. I had to take off work only one hour for my new high-efficiency A/C unit to get installed. I am a very happy camper:
