In November I received a thorough HVAC and plumbing consultation from Gadji Zagirov, who works with Super Brothers. Our house was built in 2020 and we used "a LOCAL HVAC Company" (I won't mention it's name). Gadji caught some installs that were not up to code and he recommended to fix them in a timely manner. Copper piping from the AC unit was not isolated which will lead to loosing Freon.

That would be an expensive mistake. I'm bummed because the crew that worked on our house did the work so fast that the quality wasn't there and some things will cost more to redo. I'm glad Gadji helped us and I appreciate his attention to details and quality of work! He is very experienced and won't cut corners and we would love to work with him again!

I recently have a heat pump WH tank replacement. The whole process is a breeze including permitting, rebate application and installation. Boris is the best, he works alone and manages to finish Tank and new electrical circuit installation, cleaning and hauling the old tank within 6 hours. It passed the city final inspect yesterday and the inspector has high remarks on the quality of the installation. These guys are second to none.

We decided to take advantage of available rebates and replace our gas water heater with a heat pump water heater. We also had our water heater relocated from inside the house into the garage. Super Brothers made the process timely and easy. They were quick and efficient from estimate to installation. They were able to come out and install the water heater in less than a week after we accepted their quote. I'm confident we'll use them in the future.

Super Brothers did an excellent job in replacing my water main line that was leaking water very badly and needed to be replaced as soon as possible. Super Brothers installed our tankless water heater last year and did an excellent job. We had multiple estimates and Super Brothers saved us almost $2,000 for the exact brand and model water heater. This week they came back and flushed the water heater for free. The funny thing is we are supposed "premium" members with a larger company that installed our entire HVAC system and whom does our regular maintenance and they were the ones who quoted us almost 2k more for the same unit. We are now looking at replacing them with Super Brothers. Very happy with their work and service.

Super Brothers came out to replace my main water valve that had a disconnected stem. They replaced it with a quarter-turn ball valve with really great soldering work all within a couple of hours. A crew of two arrived and dismantled an entire gas, air conditioning and heating system and replaced it with an electric version over one and a half days. Could not have been a better experience with workers in the house. Everything was kept clean and orderly, and they were completely professional throughout. My wife and I have used Super Brothers frequently and will continue to do so with big jobs like this in the small ones as they come up.

All I can say is "wow." This is the first time I've used Super Brothers and I'll never use anyone else. Since purchasing my home in 2018 I've dealt with 3 pipe leaks (all from the same area in the attic) and 5 different plumbing companies prior to Super brothers. Artem did a great job installing our new water heater. This guy is a beast! He worked so hard to get it done for us and I noticed he even nailed in a board that was sticking out on my house. We've been using Super Brothers for years. In fact, we have one of their old refrigerator magnets from when they were Super Mario Plumbing. We've stuck with them because they've always been honest and reasonably priced. Also, most of the time I call them, they send someone out the same day, even though I don't have an emergency. We've used Super Brothers Plumbing numerous times on different houses and continue to have great service. Super Brothers responded to my request for a quote very quickly and prices were very reasonable. He texted before he came out and let me know when he was close by. He understood exactly what drain needed to be unclogged and did so in record timing. He did not try to upsell us on replacing pipes as 2 other plumbers suggested. He left the area clear and clean and even gave my husband some tips on areas that could use some preventative care so that leaks wouldn't occur in the future.

I liked that he saw my husband was capable of doing some things on his own and gave us the option to do it ourselves to save us some money. We've hired Super Brothers for several plumbing jobs over the past five years and they've always done great quality work and been easy to work with. We had a new propane hot water heater installed several months ago (Spring 2020) and they also fixed an older hot water heater to decrease the time required to provide hot water. Finally, they redid the piping under the house to shorten the distance between the new heater and the kitchen sink and dishwasher thereby saving us time and water by cutting a previous 4-5 minute wait to get hot water to about 30-45 seconds.

Then a week or so ago, they called and advised us that a county inspection was required in order to keep our warranty and they arranged for a county inspector to come at a convenient time. When he inspected today, he had nothing but praise for Super Brothers' work in the installation of the new unit and noted that they went the extra mile by providing a 10-15 foot pipe to ensure that the carbon monoxide exhaust would exit the unit a long way from our deck which is immediately above it. Super Brothers is Super and I will. use them in the future for important work.

We just completed a house repipe and new sewer line install. We had three estimates. Super Brothers (Dimitar) was the most knowledgeable estimator. We appreciated his honest recommendations and he gave us an estimate much less than the other two. We felt very confident in using Super Brothers. We were not disappointed. The installers were very professional and they took pride in their work.

The after service follow up was thorough. Bottom line. We got a quality job, from an honest company, for a very reasonable price. We have recommended them to our family and neighbors.

Excellent company that did quality work in a ridiculously difficult space. Super Mario was referred to me by a friend when I needed to have a new hot water heater installed. Used photos to get quote which was in line with their own published rates (which are very reasonable). No hidden fees. Made an appointment for next day. installer called ahead arrived at time scheduled. Was courteous and professional (did not seem personable, but this is not a hotel front desk and like i said, he was very courteous and professional). Replaced everything, no cutting corners. Fairly new to Sacramento and to owning this home, but they have earned a place as the go to plumbers for anything that comes up in the future for my home.

I was having difficulty finding a reasonably priced plumber that had the expertise to install my new water heater which was larger and had to be integrated into my solar water heating system. Once the guys at Super Mario Plumbing came over to give me a bid, I knew they were the ones to do the job; they knew the county code requirements, understood how the numerous solar components worked and had a good price.

And I was very happy with the outcome; they upgraded some of my solar components, bought a pan for the water heater to sit in (to catch any leaking water), took away all of the extraneous pipes and garbage and ensured it easily passed the code inspection. And on top of that, they were really nice guys.

We've had them out to our house many times for various reasons: replace toilets, garbage disposal, and gas range, fix water heater, and unclogged a pipe. They responded quickly to my plumbing problem - my Rheem gas water heater quit working. The dispatcher who answered the phone (I didn't have to leave a message!) asked me to take a couple of pictures and send them to him. As soon as he received the photos he called me back with a quote. They had the replacement parts on hand, and the plumber who did the work (Ben) was quick, professional and accurate. He even spent time showing me how to relight the pilot if it should go out again. We have a sewer leak under the kitchen and I contacted several contractors for estimate of repair. Super Mario Plumbing turns out to be the best. They explained how they work, $99 for the inspection, which will apply to the repair. Their guy took the picture and explain the problem and what repair needed. Their charge of the repair was most reasonable so we hire them to fix it. The workers were on time, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.
