Perfect Comfort is a professional Contractor providing a variety of Air Conditioning services to both homes and businesses throughout our service areas. Our Air Conditioning services include air conditioning repairs, air conditioner replacements, air conditioning installation, air conditioning maintenance, and emergency AC services.
If your water heater leaks, you can do several things to minimize the effects of flooding. And there are some things you can do to prevent significant leaks from happening in the first place. Generally, a water heater will last anywhere from 7 to 12 years. With summer finally here, most of us have a laundry list of things that we want to do now that the sun has arrived and warmer temperatures have come with it.
We installed a new ductless system for them on the building blitz. Builders Blitz is an annual event in conjunction with local trades and volunteers in the community who come together to Perfect Comfort is proud to be part of this project and installed the heating system on these two houses. Perfect Comfort was involved in the Builder's Blitz for Habitat for Humanity Greater Newburgh. Together with local professionals, fellow subcontractors and volunteers from the community they finished two homes in five days.

Had Dave from perfect comfort come out today to fix our broken AC unit. I had multiple other companies come but could not fix and took multiple days to schedule. Perfect Comfort was able to come out within the hour! Dave had it up and running in another hour. Very professional and friendly, love that they are local can't recommend enough.

Perfect Comfort was a godsend. We needed to replace air conditioning in the upstairs and get air conditioning in our downstairs for the first time where there is no duct work. I had four companies come in to give estimates. One was talking about putting ducts in the basement that would have turned it into a junk pile. Two of these companies never even came back with an estimate and the third took several weeks to get us estimates.
Christian from Perfect Comfort came in and immediately we were able to breath. From his introduction to the end of the job, he and his crew were professional and courteous. He had an estimate to us in a few days and the job done within a month even with the supply chain issues. Three mini-splits in the downstairs, standard unit upstairs all working off of two outdoor units. I would recommend them to anyone.

About 10 days our furnace died! Our previous service that installed the furnace 6 years ago, sorry we would have to wait until April and get ready for the sticker shock. They were sorry, but they could nothing. This is a known company. We reached out to Tim from Anytime Electric (the best!) and he suggested we give Perfect Comfort a call. Heros to the rescue.
They found a new furnace, installed the furnace replaced the pipes, fittings within days and are replacing the old insulation. They are coming each week for the next month, making sure They are professional, fair, caring and go above and beyond in every way. Highly recommend Perfect Comfort the A+++++ team.

The team at Perfect Comfort is amazing. We moved into the area four years ago and have always used them for all of our HVAC needs. They also installed our water heater when it went bad. The crew that comes to our home is always so professional, polite and informative. We had looked at getting central air installed for quite some time. Some reasons we hadn't were that the other quotes we'd gotten were outrageous, or you could never get the contractors to respond. Our neighbors got central air installed by Perfect Comfort and they had nothing but rave reviews. So we decided to give them a call. Christian came out and did a detailed job figuring out what we would need and going through the options.
He set expectations on timing for the installation and when he'd have a quote to us. Beside that he was just a nice guy and easy to work with. He delivered the quote as promised and the price was good so we decided to do it. The installation happened earlier than promised. We were grateful for this : The crew that came out was mindful of the house and did an excellent job keeping everything clean and doing professional work. The system turned out great. I would happily recommend the team at Perfect Comfort.

I have been using Perfect Comfort for several years to service my A/C, they respond immediately, do great work, and are reasonably priced. The A/C was installed prior to the purchase of our home. It never worked correctly. Perfect Comfort has done an outstanding job of identifying the issues and repairing them and do so at a very reasonable fee. Highly recommend!

I bought a Central AC Unit from Perfect Comfort in 2018. They gave me a good price and I felt they did a good job with installation. Over the past couple of years, however, I have had to call them back several times for service, which seemed odd for a new unit. When I turned AC on today for first time this season, it blew warm air. When I called Perfect Comfort they basically blew me off, saying they were booked solid for a week.
I explained that I have family and friends flying in to stay at my house for the weekend for my daughter's Bridal Shower, so next week would not work for me. Forecast is for temps near 90 on Sunday. The receptionist spoke with the General Manager who said there was nothing he could do. I further learned that the company had recently been sold, which likely explains the dramatic change in customer service. I would no longer recommend this company to anyone. Tom G.

I had an emergency today with no heat on a zero degree day and Perfect Comfort arrived as promised and did not disappoint on how accurate they analyzed the problem and fixed it. Due to the extremely cold weather l was having some issues with my furnace. After googling different companies, i opted to use Perfect Comfort because of the great reviews and i didn't regret it. Contacted Perfect Comfort and was able to get a same day time slot. Technician contact me via phone and notified me when he was 10 minutes from my residence.
He showed up as scheduled, and did an excellent job. I was very please with the service provided. Technician was professional, thorough, knowledgeable and did not leave until he was able to ensure that the system was working properly. He took the time to explain to me ways/tips to ensure that l got the best input out of my heating system. He even went above and beyond did some research on his phone and advised me that l might want to look into replacing my boiler ASAP due to the age of the system. Excellent job by Perfect Comfort and its staff, will use again and would recommend.

Outstanding service!, These people are the best! On time, clean, quick, respectful, friendly, reasonably priced. I could go on but I think you get the message. I had them install central air in my home last year. Their system is quiet, clean and energy efficient. I only saw a VERY SMALL increase in my electric bill of a few dollars. I run this unit at a constant 67 degrees almost every day that the temperature falls above 70 degrees outside.
They have a REAL HUMAN answering the phones who actually speaks legible ENGLISH with a real personality.wow. Very easy to speak to, very amicable with scheduling. If I owned a company, these are the type of persons I would want working for me.
