Gave Florida Air Temp a call after an emergency HVAC Google search as our outside unit was not working properly after we installed the Nest Thermostat in our house. Greg answered the phone promptly and was so kind. He walked us through the wiring issue we were experiencing and we were able to correct the problem. Not just 5 star, but 10 star service for sure! Greg will be the first person we call for anything HVAC related. We plan to have him clean the coils on our unit in the near future. Thank you again for the outstanding customer service, Greg!

A/C not working again. Serviced 3 months ago. Texted in morning. No appointments after 4 pm. First thing in morning? Said 8:30-9:00. I arranged coverage at work, and waited but No-Show! Response: "Never wrote it down". I find this to be unprofessionally disrespectful of my time with an uncaring flippant attitude. A year ago, it took a week of similar poor communication to finally get repair done. I'm not waiting another week, rearranging my schedule or finding someone to cover me at work again, to fit what appears to be an inflexible 9-5 workday.

I have two AC units in my home. One had been out for some time, and the other one finally gave out right during a heat wave. They set an appointment to come out with 24 hours notice. Greg and Shane were very quick and professional. They were able to get my AC unit running with a replacement part they had on the truck within five minutes of arriving. They also helped me diagnose the issue with the second AC unit and scheduled another visit to come fix it as soon as the part comes in. Thank you!

USE THIS COMPANY! After many years of working with a large AC company that NEVER returned phone calls, and were NEVER on time, I was given the suggestion of using this company. We're very happy with the service received. The owners gave us several options to choose from and did not try to upsell us. We ultimately chose a new Carrier A/C unit which we're very pleased with. They showed up on time, cleaned up after completing installation and even registered the unit with the manufacturer. Would definitely recommend this company!

What a great company! Our air-conditioning was leaking very badly and we called Florida air temp. They were very punctual very very pleasant to deal with explained the problem to me and was very reasonable in fixing the problem. We have had other companies come out to fix our old air conditioner but no one fixed the whole problem and explained it fully and how to prevent it from reoccurring. I highly recommend them!

Greg is the most HONEST and EFFICIENT person I have met. He arrived well within time window and diagnosed my problem. Interestingly, he was able to solve my problem for $400 when another company insisted I needed unnecessary repairs that would cost $2900 (for the same job!) Honest reasonably priced AC contractor. Arrived on time, worked quick and very pleasant.

Called Florida Air Temp for a second opinion after another HVAC company gave us a quote of $4,700 to replace our unit, stating that their was nothing that could be done to repair or salvage our unit. Florid Air Temp told us they did not have a technician available but if we could take a look at the unit and talk it through over the phone. It was suggested we empty the water pan and clear a hose and eureka, the AC is working. Thank you Florida Air Temp for being honest and helpful. We appreciate local businesses, especially those that take care of their neighbors.

I was really disappointed in seeing and dealing with Greg. I had requested he stop by and give me a price to for a UV light and to remove some mold in my unit. He came out with his partner and said he would get back to me later in the day with a price for the UV light and cleaning of the mold. Not only didnt he get back to me later in the day but when I called his cell he told me he was driving and would get to me that evening.

I received nothing, not a call back nor a text. I made several more calls and sent several texts over the next few days even saying that i understood if he didnt want to do the work just be professional enough to get back to me. Not a single word, text or phone call. Was a response one way or another an unreasonable request? Tell me you arent interested; tell me your too busy; tell me you dont like me but tell me something.

I have had the opportunity to use these guys 3 or 4 times in the last 20 years and they are fantastic. They are a small company but respond fast and are extremely honest. The last time was one Friday afternoon in August and during the call we determined that the problem was most likely a capacitor. He stops by on his way home and finds out that it's only a burnt wire. Back up and running in less than one hour. On top of that, he didn't want to charge me. I highly recommend.
