I have used Caloosa Cooling for several years for maintenance on my AC. Always on time and professional. I get a text with a picture of what service rep will be at my home - i love this extra service they provide. I also get a text of when they are on their way to my home. Bravo Caloosa Cooling and thank you for your years of excellent service.

Dave Corro helped us get the best deal for our AC unit and even scheduled a complimentary maintenance check for us. Our technician, Amaurys Marquez, came out to complete a maintenance check on our unit and he is extremely knowledgeable. He provided a lot of valuable info on keeping up our AC unit to make our home safe and clean for our new baby girl. Thanks to everyone at Caloosa Cooling, you guys are amazing!

Amaurys did a great job with helping me understand what was the problem with my system as well he explain everything he did with pictures and everything which I appreciated because that way I was able to see in which part of my systems was the work performed. Frank was friendly, timely, and informative. He showed us mold build-up in our hvac system and provided suggestion no for how to minimize/control it. I subtracted a star simply because the company could not initially fulfill my scheduled service appointment. Booking, in general, was quick and easy.

Tech Frank was an hour EARLY. That was awesome. He was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough in trouble shooting our AC system, which was down. We got a new thermostat, just wish we knew it was a Google product before installation because even though it seems great, I try not to use Google as much as possible. (Plus, you can get this same thermostat for hundreds of dollars cheaper online.) Frank also gave much needed info on the expected life of our unit, air purifiers which they install. Definitely want to stick to this tech for any service calls.

Two technicians showed up promptly at 8am and removed old units and installed new ones. They were done before 5pm and did a excellent job. Their names were Oriel and Samson. They were recommended to me by a house builder friend of mine who uses them. Very pleasant experience even with the financial hit. Gotta have good A/C in Florida. Service: Installation

Our brand new AC unit wasn't working and draining properly. Caloosa has all prior issues noted in their system so every technician knows of the issues. The receptionist taking the calls is extremely polite and helpful with all of our AC needs.

We have old air conditioner units which are on the last leg. We made appointment with Caloosa Cooling for consultation and estimate. It was a swift response from them and Both Dan and David were professional and knowledgeable. We were very satisfied and awaiting for the estimate. Both of them wore mask for COVID protocol. My air conditioning unit stopped working this afternoon so I gave Caloosa Cooling Air-Conditioning a call. And and the young lady that I talk to on the phone was extremely helpful and very professional she immediately scheduled an appointment for later that day. Dave Corro The technician called me about 45 minutes later and asked if I was home that he would come right over, after a very brief time he had the air conditioning up and running, he also cleaned out my drain line, and thoroughly explain the importance of maintenance so I immediately signed up for the maintenance plan.

Dave was absolutely phenomenal!. Extremely knowledgeable and takes pride in providing exceptional service. He takes the time to explain things and obviously cares about the pleasing the customer. Holy Cow! Talk about customer service! I had my AC replaced. The tech was so professional! He took the time to show me how he was installing everything and what was wrong with my old unit. He even put in a valve to clean. He left everything nice and clean. They even registered my ac unit for me!
