Mark also teaches advanced air conditioning and refrigeration classes for the school district of Lee County. He is also active in the community supporting and sponsoring Little League and Soccer.

Finally after 30 plus years in Florida I have found a Superb A/C company. They truly make you feel like family. The office staff was so understanding and caring. I am disabled and being without A/C makes me so so sick. Well let me tell you, someone was here that evening to assist me. Mark was the man. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it fast and very efficient at a reasonable price and did not charge extra for evening service.

I had a new system installed several months ago. It became a "two day plus" project through no fault of Mark Torocco and his staff! It was typical of what can happen when a company begins work on a post construction repair. They were not going to leave until the new air conditioner system was done right. His knowledgeable crew did an amazing job. They arrived on time and remained until after dark both days.
The system, though hidden in my garage even looks far more neat, clean and professionally installed than the original construction. They were clean and courteous. Under the supervision of an experienced installer, they seemed to enjoy the challenge and took pride in final outcome. The price was good and, after a bad experience with one of the major home service companies several months earlier, they proved to be fair. I was most impressed that a call back on a Sunday afternoon was resolved by Mr Torocco personally, within an hour. Absolutely, his is my go to company!

We are so blessed to have Torocco's Cooling to call on ! Came home from vacation at 8 pm on a Saturday to find our house at 91 degrees !! Mark came right over figured out the problem and we had cool air blowing within an hour ! We got to sleep at our house which we were very much looking forward to after a long trip.
