Previous owner had Stillwell pool solar roof system installed, and it worked well for years-even after we purchased it. We always had good response for any required maintenance. Had to re-roof, which required a new solar system. Stillwell was attentive, professional, and their product does what it says it does. Saves money by using the sun and solar to heat our pool. No complaints.

Stilwell Solar installed solar panels for our pool heater. They are working well and we are very satisfied. They were flexible in the installation details due to changes in panel locations per HOA rulings. Scott Bologna, the sales representative was extremely helpful.

My roof was damaged by a storm and before a new roof could be installed the existing solar panels (13 years old) had to be removed. Stilwell Solar removed the old panels and installed new panels once the roof tiles were replaced. Everyone was professional, friendly and great to deal with. I have used Stilwell solar for several years. They installed my pool solar when we had the pool built and did an excellent job. We had an issue with one of the supply pipes. They responded immediately to my request for service and fixed the problem. We recently had a storm damage the pool solar and without hesitation, I hired Stilwell to remove and replace the storm damaged solar. Stilwell was recommended to us by a friend. I will likewise recommend them. They are great.

Stilwell installed a new solar heating system for our pool and did a fantastic job. There isn't one thing they could have done better short of giving me the system for free! Their customer service and follow up was outstanding, the installers were professional, fast, friendly and cleaned up the site completely. Stilwell Solar continues to be a reliable partner when it comes to the installation of solar modules. In our case, they very efficiently dismantled the existing old panels that had to be replaced due to a new roof, capped off the pipes to and from the pool and were on time and meticulous overall. The new panels were installed according to our ideas at the location we specified. Technicians Nick and James were knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Scott Bologna, the owner, gave us personal advice beforehand and the office staff efficiently prepared all documents (NOC, inspection permit, etc.). It was great doing business with them.

The staff followed our timeline and was most accommodating in scheduling the installation of the new solar system for heating the pool. The office staff promptly scheduled the install and accommodated my available dates to a tee. The install Team show up as scheduled made an introduction, explained what they were going to do and began right away. Kevin and Austin were very professional and when completed gave us a class on the operation of the system. The office staff was very efficient with all aspects of our contract, scheduling, notification of arrival to also include an email with our 12 year warranty on our Solar System. I had a pool solar system installed by the team of James and Kyle. They were courteous in explaining what they would be doing and the time it would take and then proceeded to do a diligent job of putting my system up. On completion, they cleaned up all the misc debris and left my property as clean and tidy as before. I highly recommend James and Kyle for their pride of workmanship and professionalism.

Replaced solar pool heating system. They are great. Estimate was done immediately. I got a new roof that was installed much earlier than expected. Stilwell was able to accommodate my schedule changes. They were exactly on time every step of the way and did exactly what they said they would. I highly recommend them.

Everyone at Stilwell has been fantastic. Customer service is their specialty. Stephanie handled all the scheduling and permits. Bill returned to go over the equipment and instructions.

Had solar pool panels installed. Stopped by store and spoke with Stephanie to see how system worked. She was very informative and friendly. The owner then came to house to discuss options and pricing. He to was friendly and extremely informative in explaining exactly what we needed. We decided on what we wanted and within 1 week we had our pool set at a very comfortable consistent 85. They explained everything and checked on us after to be sure we happy. Highly recommend.

We had solar panels installed for heating our pool, from the salesperson Jeff to the installers, Eric and Michael everything was handled very professionally. Stephanie scheduled our date an time for installation and they showed exactly on time, did a get job. We highly recommend this company.

Sorry, we cannot recommend this company. We called them because we have a leak in our solar heating system for our pool. We bought this house 4 months ago and have never owned a pool. The invoice the previous owner left for us states 100% 12 year manufacturers, panel & mounting, hardware, parts and labor warranty. The system was installed 10 years ago.

Nothing on the invoice states the warranty is not transferable. We called originally around October 25th and were told they could not come look at it for 4-5 days. We shut the system off. We called again Nov 2 and were told it would be another 7-10 days. At that point, we were informed the warranty would only apply to the original owner. So now we have waited about 10 days and subsequently cancelled the appointment. Trina answered the phone.very sweet and condescending.

We feel like the product should be guaranteed, not the homeowner. The product was in the same location as originally installed. I guess we do not understand what 100% warranty means.

Highly recommend this company. From the most simple customer service of returning phone calls to not leaving my house until I am happy, they have excelled. Very responsive when we have had a problem, and they communicate very well. Not to mention we can use our pool year round because of their system.

Bill from Stilwell solar came to our house the same day we called. He assessed our needs as snow birds and we had our heater install within 2 days. My husband wasn't home at the time of installation and even though the installer gave me a tutorial I couldn't answer my husbands questions about the unit. We called back to Stilwells and Bill came that day to review with my husband. Great customer service for sure!
