We had a great experience working with Keith and his team from Berwyn Western Plumbing and Heating. Keith was communicative, flexible and always prompt, friendly and professional. When he visited he always wore a mask and covered his shoes when in the house. We hade a 44 year old AC and furnace replaced. With his expert analysis he was able to get us a system customized to our house and our specific needs.

His pricing was fair and we ended up with a complete system that was able to do a better job than the previous one. And yet, cost us less on utilities. The workers that came to do the job were polite, quick and efficient. They also cleaned up after themselves very well. Overall, I'm satisfied with the price and quality of work and would hire them again if I needed them.

I needed a new furnace & A/C installed and after getting some estimates Berwyn Western was the most reasonable. The installers worked with me to get both units installed and answered my questions concerning the installation. They made sure that I was satisfied with the installations and my questions were answered before they completed the job. I really appreciated the professional job Berwyn Western did installing my Carrier units.

We just completed a full kitchen remodel with Berwyn Western. We went down to the studs and got new lighting, cabinets, counters, etc. We couldn't be happier with the result. All the workers - plumbers, electricians, carpenters - were amazing. We highly recommend using Berwyn Western for any service/project!

Everyone we've dealt with there has been professional and personable. We had a tricky situation, with an old Groehe part. They have tried so hard to track down the part, and continue to do so even when they were sent the wrong part. Mike took the time to install my water heater during the polar vortex. 2 other companies wouldn't even return my call. He was super nice and went out of his way to finish the job. Took away all the garbage and wore booties to keep our carpet clean from snow and debris. would highly recommend this company! Came thru when we really needed the service

My wife and I were referred to Berwyn Western by a few friends and we couldn't be happier with our decision. Their plumber Mike was a true professional. He was on time, polite, and he was able to quickly pull and reset our leaking toilet. He also took the time to explain to myself how things like this can happen and ways to avoid future leaks in the plumbing of our house. Thank you again to both Mike and Bewryn Western, we will 100% refer anyone and everyone to Berwyn Western for all of their plumbing and heating needs!

A/c was on the fritz, so I called and they showed up as fast as they can, replaced whatever the thing a mig gig was called. up and running in less than 2 hours. Great team. Thanks!

I would give more than 5 . Our heat went out during the super bowl. Of course we started to panic as cold air started flowing in through the vents. We googled companies closer to us in oak park and left message hoping to make an appointment for Monday morning. Berwyn-Western was the company that installed our furnace and the number was on the magnet in our basement so we called them last and left a voicemail.

They were the ONLY company to call us back. They made sure to get to us first thing bc our house was at 40F. Mary is a throw back to customer service that no one expects anymore. Dave checked out the furnace and hurried to get the motor we needed. Our heat was restored by late afternoon. Today opening my mail we received a handwritten note from Mary with our recipets. They're the best!

This place is trash. Only go here if you want to get ripped off with low quality parts and service.

Well our original furnance had completely died. So we called up berwyn western since they helped us with the water heater. Well the guy they sent out made the claim that the furnace he was installing was the right one for the house. Next year we had them come out to fix the new furnace they installed. Same guy and he now tells us he under estimated the size of furnace we needed.

So we asked what he could do. And he and the company said there was nothing they can do. Now we can't afford to replace the damn furnance were stuck with and our house is constantly in the cooler temps because of this company m do not trust them they won't help you and leave you stuck with a furnace that isn't proper for your house. We just had our new furnace guy come and he even said we got screwed over by who ever installed it.

And this is about 8 years later after the furnace. Or house never had the same quality of heart that we were used to. And since my room is in the basement this year even with the addition of a space heater(which we bought the next year after the new furnace was installed) i couldn't get the temperature above 40. So think before you use berwyn western.

They're good. And professional. Completely recommend, especially for more commercial applications. They know their stuff, first time every time.

Highway Robbery!. We purchased a home with dual furnaces and central air units (Victorian) 4 years ago. Apparently this company would do the maintenance on the units as they signed off on a sheet when it was serviced. I don't know if the previous owners were doing these folks laundry or cooking them food and serving $100 wine with it but their prices are now BEYOND OUTRAGEOUS!.

Our motor went out on one of the furnaces. We understand there is an upcharge for parts (although we could've purchased ourselves for $130). What was needed takes about 45 minutes to 1 hr. We understand the Hourly labor fee. We would've even been ok paying $400 for this fast replacement/repair but these guys called us back and quoted us $700.

Beyond disappointed, will NEVER use them! We found the # to the licensed HVAC guy who has serviced our ac units since we've been here and the charge was $340 and that also includes one of the rubber tubes that looked to be crack. My husband told these Cats that he will send them a bunch of plastic "Toys" and they can head off to screw themselves!

Great experience with Berwyn Western so far. Keith, the owner, is a great, friendly guy who took the time out to explain to me how my new (to me) home's HVAC system worked in a way that was not condescending nor 'man-splaining'. Their office staff was friendly and professional. The installers were also very friendly and professional and worked quickly. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Don't recommend this company, go find other people first. I made an appointment for the AC and the plumbing system, two jobs, one week earlier. They didn't show up on the day they should come, I called them, they can't find my appointment in their computer, they called me back few hours later and told me they found the paper with my schedule on someone's desk. Not sure what happened between the management team, but to avoid it happens to other people, go find other companies first.

I have had a number of projects done by them and they have always provided excellent service at a fair price. They installed my new furnace and air conditioner and they work great. I used them for the yearly furnace check. They have been timely and courteous.

Wonderful! These guys took over a botched attic renovation. They stayed on budget and sought out an alternative heating system that saved me $$$. They were clean, efficient and friendly. Quality craftmanship, truly. Best of all they handled all the paperwork with the city of Berwyn which is a major deal. There were a few snags, but nothing out of the ordinary. I would hire them again in a minute.

Good. Especially the staff for heating/airconditioning. I would give them fivestars, but the plumbing can get a bit expensive.
