We were without heat for a very cold day/night and Riley was able to come out the first thing in the morning. Our unit is over 30 yrs old and John was able to quickly get it running. John explained what he repaired and the long term expectations for our system (unfortunately we will need a new system soon). John did what was necessary without over fixing the system which I appreciated.

Mike went to work and pinpointed the problem with our heat system. He explained the issue and his plan to fix it. He also recommended some other preventative maintenance. Mike has a great manner about him where he does not speak over your head but in ordinary terms. He has just the right amount of customer contact and is very skilled and professional and likable. I highly recommend Mike and Riley which we have been using for over 20 years.

Daniel went above and beyond on a late evening call. His furnace knowledge and professionalism is unmatched. I normally use a handyman but this time I needed a expert. The knowledge shown went further than textbook knowledge this expertise came from on-the-job true field experience. If he isn't in Management he should be, this guy was the best. We bought our house last year. It came with a 6 year old Peerless boiler. Last year the boiler ran okay but did have a few times where it shut down and I had to restart it. Once the cold weather hit this year the system ran, but last week we had it shut down for 5 hours. So I looked up Peerless boiler service companies and found Riley. I called them in the AM and they were able to come out that afternoon to check out our boiler/heat. George was the technician and he was great.
He assessed that our boiler most likely had never been serviced, and that a service/cleaning/restart/test of the system would be helpful. I agreed and George went to work and successfully got the system running very smoothly. George was super helpful and shared a few pointers on how the radiators in our house work/when and how to bleed them. He also provided me pricing on potentially replacing the damper vent in the future.

I reached out to Riley when I noticed that our previous system was installed by them. When I talked to them, they knew exactly what was installed and any repairs done before I moved in. When I told them what was wrong and that I was interested in replacing a system, they initially suggested they take a look because it may be something that is warrantied and could be fixed for free.
When they came out, they found the problem and offered the option to repair with no cost since the issue was with the heat exchanger and this was still under the warranty. They also offered the option to replace the system and take advantage of the gift card from Bryant if we decide to replace rather than repair. We opted to replace and they gave us 4 options to choose from.
I was able to discuss the options with Fred, especially in our particular scenario and he felt the middle-of-the-road option would be the most practical option (instead of pushing the most expensive unit). They were able to install the system within 1 week of signing the agreement and I was able to finance thru Wells Fargo with the Bryant offer (no interest over 36 months). Paul and Corie were able to install the system into a very tight attic spot and were good sports about it.
The work took 2 days with an additional 2 hours to replace some ductwork that was damaged in the past. They were extremely friendly throughout the process and did a great job cleaning the site afterwards. I look forward to having them come out to install our new AC and possibly replacing our second unit at the same time.

Our furnace went out, our house was a meatlocker, and Howard showed up at 10:30pm to get the furnace running so my family could sleep comfortably. Ultimately we had to replace our 20+ year furnace and Howard was as timely and professional as you could hope for. Howard deserves a raise Fred because he is great.

We called Riley Heating on a Friday morning and told Ms. Bernie we were having trouble with one of our zones with our boiler. She said a tech could come out that very afternoon. Mike came out, masked which is important to us, and found out the problem; it was a malfunctioning zone valve. Since it was a German boiler; he'd have to order one and it would take a few days. Mike was very professional and explained everything to us in layman's terms. Ms. Bernie called us and helped us with scheduling.
When he came to install the zone valve, we explained that we were also having problems with heat in the other two zones. He inspected and said it was the main pump, so we, of course, asked that he replace it. He had one in the truck so he said he could install it. He gave us the cost up front, which we appreciated. Before he was to refill the system, he noted that there was water coming out of the overflow and we told him we had trouble with a lot of water filling up the overflow pail last year.
He said we could live with it or did we want him to install a new overflow valve. Again giving us the upfront cost. Of course we said yes. Now, five days later after his repairs, during the first cold wave of the new heating year, all is working perfectly! Thanks Ms. Bernie and Mike. Margaret and James Massarello

Jason and the team were excellent. The boiler system was installed over two days. It was a big job and they were able to work around our busy household. The final system is beautiful. Jason took the time to explain how to operate and maintain the system in detail. The team is very focused on providing premium products and service. Highly recommend Riley.

Paul S. and Mike did an outstanding job replacing the compressors and blower units at our house. They were very conscientious and did excellent work. There had been a gap in service of our AC & Heating systems due to COVID restrictions. George arrived early. He quickly identified what needed to be done and covered recommendations with associated costs. He made it easy to decide how to proceed then performed the agreed work thoroughly and completely. Three days after the service call the increased efficiency of our heating is clearly noticeable.

Jason was one of two technicians who installed a new boiler in my house. I appreciated that he took the time to explain how the remote sensor of the smart Ecobee thermostat works. Essentially, he explained the algorithm used to determine the target temperature for the boiler given the thermostat and remote sensor readings. I especially appreciated that he solved an A/C issue we had by realizing a room vent was upside down - an instant fix that cost me zero extra dollars. Paul was one of two technicians who installed a new boiler in my house.
He had previously installed the central A/C unit in my home as well. Paul is very professional and does excellent work. He explains any choices to be made regarding the installation, gives his recommendation, then leaves the decision to you. Example: installing the boiler with an orientation that makes it easily accessible for future maintenance. I appreciated it when he said, "This is how I would install it in my house."

The office staff was courteous and professional. Our estimate was quickly sent via email after Fred came out to our home. We were given options and info on different models. Upon choosing our AC unit, and a final price agreed upon, our installation was scheduled. Mike and his team arrived on time day of installation. He explained what they would be doing and went to work.
He was professional, knowledgeable, and kept us informed. The unit was installed last week. So far, so good. No problems. And getting a coupon credit on the final bill for service on our old unit was great!
