The installers worked 11 hours to remove our old unit, install the new unit, and make necessary changes to the furnace to make our AC work better. Extremely neat and respectful of our property. They were professional, friendly, on time and were prepared to mask for Covid if requested. Most importantly, the AC is working beautifully. We highly recommend this company.

Our furnace died, and we had heard great things about Fricold. We called them and within 24 hours they were here with a new furnace. The technicians (Hector, Pedro, and Brian) were utterly professional in removing and replacing the furnace. It was a pleasure and very reassuring to have them on the job. The new furnace has been installed extremely professionally, with all requisite wiring and PVC work cleanly and expertly done. It is rare to have such a wonderful experience with an expenditure of this magnitude, but this is a great company with great employees.

This is my second time using Fricold in two different properties. Both times they were fast to respond with an appointment time and showed up on time for installation. The installers were very courteous and clean, they laid down large tarps to prevent any snow or water to get in the house and explained everything they we're going to do before they did it. I will definitely use them in the future! Highly recommend!

My first experience with Fricold was about Ten years ago when they installed a walk in cooler at our Food Pantry. This was follow by installation of a HVAC system and ongoing maintenance our heating and cooling equipment. I also use Fricold for all HVAC equipment in my personal property.
