After waiting all day to hear back for Nicor Home Solutions, (I had called them at 7:30 AM due to my furnace not working.) I was fed up! My friend Lisa recommended Action Heating & Air. I called the office at 3:00, when Stacy realized I did not have heat, she called me back within 1 minute and had a crew on its way to my home, to arrive within 15 minutes! Pauly and Dave were professional, friendly and had the repair done within 30 minutes! Being a Real Estate Agent, I will refer this company to all my clients! It's rare to find this type of service these days!

I hired this company to repair an ac unit that wasn't de-humidifying properly. The technician showed up on time and was very polite. I told him the problem and he performed service. He inspected the furnace coils, added coolant to the compressor but couldn't say that what he did would correct the problem. It didn't. I've been monitoring the humidity levels since he left and the lowest they've been is 58%. Still no condensation moisture going down the drain. I've spent over three hundred bucks for two pounds of coolant and an ac unit that still doesn't de-humidify.

I was having strange issues with my AC unit. Called Action at 9am, their tech, Alex, was out to my house in Wheaton by 1pm. He was friendly and able to quickly diagnose the problem and get it fixed. He took care of another issue with my second thermostat as well to prevent future issues. I plan to use them again for annual system maintenance and would highly recommend them to others. Great job by Alex and Action Heating & Cooling!

Dave took my call first thing in the morning and sent out two guys in the afternoon (the same day). They were polite, courteous, very professional, and honest. They were informative, helpful, and incredibly decent people. They did great work and fixed my problem with such efficiency. We look forward to utilizing their services in the future! So grateful our neighbor had provided the recommendation.

Mark, Scott and Alex were amazing, patient and explained everything so thoroughly. Very responsive and great professionals. We had to call at 4:30 a.m. on a Saturday morning because our furnace died and they were able to install a new one same day. They truly saved the day as the temps were sub zero (as a high). We won't be calling any other company going forward!

Great, fast, reliable service. We had a hot water heater installed and Action Heating & Cooling provided the best price and did a wonderful job. Installers were very respectful of the house/floors. Talking to Mark on the phone was very pleasing because he was always helpful and scheduled the service within a week. Will definitely be calling them again!

We "inherited" Action when we bought our house due to the warranties on our AC and furnace. They have been amazing, always helpful, always punctual. My experience is they stand by their work and had no issue taking a second look at something when I had a concern. My tech today even noticed an issue with my water heater that I was oblivious to as he was working on the furnace, and it is this type of experience and excellent service that will keep me using Action in the future.
