Because we only want to offer quality furnaces, air conditioners, and other equipment to our customers, we prefer to install Tempstar, a quality line manufactured by International Comfort Products (ICP). I have been having problems with an older toilet in my home and I was looking for a full service plumber to replace the unit. My relative had a good experience with Fetz out of Urbana so I decided to give them a try. They had several choices in toilets to pick from. We choose the elongated version but not ADA. They carry the Gerber line. I had a little bit of wait till I could get scheduled but they also had to come to Springfield.
I am very pleased with the product and the service. The installer was friendly and knowledgeable. He got the job done in less than an hour. The toilet works great. It has an easy to remove seat for cleaning and seems like a much more powerful flush. Overall the experience was perfect and I am very satisfied.

I have used Fetz since I moved into my home 20 years ago. They have always been quick to respond, very professional, and gone above and beyond what was needed. I've asked for extra help on things, and they have always been more than happy to accommodate me. I highly recommend them and wouldn't use anyone else. Matt and Tyler are two people I have worked with this year. Fabulous!

Last minute request on our kitchen re-do due to our contractor flaking out when the job was too complex. Fetz could handle the very difficult reno installation and re-worked all the kitchen plumbing. They have also done routine maintenance on our heating and cooling system. Scheduling is flexible and they show up on time. Work is done quickly and professionally. Recommend for all plumbing, HVAC and heating needs.

I called to ask to schedule an appointment. I talked to a lady and told her what was going on and what we needed. She just said she would call me sometime at the end of NEXT WEEK- didn't give me a day or anything? I asked her about it and she laughed and she just said that they were just a little behind. WOW what a joke. Not ever using them.

Had Fetz Plumbing come out since our gas fireplace won't stay lit (They were referred to me by a neighbor on NextDoor). The serviceman came out, tried cleaning a part of the fireplace, couldn't get the fireplace working, couldn't order replacement parts- was in my house for a maximum of 15 minutes. Couldn't offer any advice other than to contact Bauer Stoves in Urbana.
Dead end that cost me $139. Highly unimpressed with Fetz Plumbing. They also had me sign the invoice without writing in the total, saying they'd mail me a copy. a $139 Christmas surprise. Edit: Received a bill for $139 plus $4 in "late fees" in January, after I had paid my bill. Called up the office, and they "accidentally" forgot to mark my account has paid. Totally unprofessional.
