We have used Ed's Heating and Cooling since 2004 and have not been disappointed in the professional and friendly service we received every time from our first system (2004) to now our second system (2022). They clearly communicated the system and the installation process. Would recommend to anyone requiring HVAC needs. Thank you again Ed's!

I had a great experience with Ed's on 17 Dec 21, when a tech came out to diagnose a leaking vent pipe. The job turned out to be easy enough for him to address right there during the initial service call, but he made the mistake of asking me if there was anything else I wanted him to look at. Oh, did I. Long story short, I had a drop-in jacuzzi tub with leaking handles, a dripping faucet, and a grated cover over an opening only wide enough to offer access to the motor.
He tried to get a look at the plumbing after removing the grate and said I would need to cut through the tub enclosure to even reach the cartridges. Fast forward some months, I submitted a claim for that tub and another leaking bath spout/worn cartridge with my home warranty company--and then IMMEDIATELY called to tell them I intended to go out-of-network (because if you live in this area and have needed plumbing work before, well, you already know).
I was on the schedule with Ed's for a tech to come out the next week. When the gentleman looked at the aforementioned tub and guest bath, he assured me he knew exactly what to do. I didn't even question that, but when he made the same "mistake" of asking if I had anymore questions, I wasted no time showing him a worrisome kitchen sink, a noisy garbage disposal, and an ugly ceiling fan on a vaulted ceiling.
In five minutes, I was advised just to caulk around the sink and if I wanted to match the counter, get the almond color; reassured the garbage disposal was working fine; and yes, Ed's can do whatever electrical I need. Ed's front office called that afternoon to schedule repairs (the next available was 8 business days, which I think is normal), he arrived today during his 2-hour window to perform the repairs, and was a professional start to finish.
When I asked if I needed to have furnished the new grate for the tub, he told me he already bought it, and man, it looks like it's always been there. Not one corner was cut--a very clean install. Same regarding the guest bath--with new caulk around the one-handle cover plate to prevent water falling behind the wall--and both baths are quiet for the first time in what feels like forever.
I swear, I am never going anywhere else for plumbing and I'm going to them for the electrical jobs that are too big for my britches, too. What about heating and cooling?, you ask. Well, although the HVAC contractor my home warranty assigned for another job last fall was good, I went to Ed's out-of-pocket for a home humidifier install. Because of these positive interactions and their quality work, yeah--I will probably go to them for any of the four domains they cover because Ed's is the real deal.
They are worth the extra bit of money (and the extra bit of legwork in filing a reimbursement with my home warranty company). If anyone at Ed's reads this, I never remember names--ever--so please use the dates I provided to identify these pros and recognize them.

Want to thank Brad and Glen for the outstanding work installing a new Bryant system in our house. We accepted Andy's quote and the next day they showed up and worked like pros. (Sorry to the technician that did much of the work on day 1, I forget his name. red hair. been working there a long time.) I could ramble on with details, but I'd heard good things about Ed's and I'm glad we chose them.

Originally, Blake came out to look at our leaky sewage pipe. Ultimately, it had to be repaired, as well as replacing our water heater and removing an old, inactive gas line. The following week, Duane came out and did the job. When I say top notch, I mean it! Very professional, caring and detailed. During our job, he saw our duct for the water heater (gas) was not sealed and completely corroded.
Meaning some carbon monoxide had to be leaking out into our basement. He replaced this pipe and we are just extremely happy with the service! Wonderful customer service, we will definitely use Ed's again for any future needs! Very professional and you could tell both Blake and Duane care about their customers!

Our furnace had gone out, we called Ed's mid afternoon and they had a technician out by 5:00 pm. Due to different problems the technician Charlie ended up making numerous trips to fix the problems. We have been very pleased with the service that we received. Charlie thank you for all your help with getting our furnace running. Highly recommend this company.

A+++ This company was recommended by my insurance agent. Ed's replaced the cheap plastic main water pipe that the Huber builder used when my home was built. It had cracked and was leaking. My water bill had doubled. Ed's scheduled a visit within a week of my call. Their lead plumber Jimmie gave me an estimate and the work was scheduled the following week.
His confidence and experience calmed my fears.because here I was with a main water line leaking gallons of water that I have to pay for! Their office staff Jessica and Mike submitted the necessary paperwork to my insurance company very promptly. Jimmie and Tyler worked very hard to replace that pipe. They even worked in the pouring rain! I watched them from my doorbell camera while I was at work. Wow! Was I impressed!
If you want good quality work from a legitimate company this is the company to call. I am very pleased with a job well done and will be a return customer in the future for my HVAC needs. I sure hope Ed's appreciates their employees and pays them well because they are awesome!

Ed's team installed a replacement attic AC unit to my 2nd floor home and added a new standing platform in front of the new system for future maintenance. This new system replaced a 11 year old unit that had some previous installation issues. They repaired and upgraded the existing duct configurations while adding a new attic and outside system. The work was done extremely efficiently and cleanly.
Their team took lots of pictures in lieu of me having to go into the attic to see for myself, then reviewed the new system with new thermostat operation. It was nice to get a good night's sleep with some new cool air! Scott Huber Heights, OH

Ed's HVAC responded quickly to my request for a review of my entire HVAC system on November 23, 2020 at no charge. I knew the entire system needed to be replaced. Andy (HVAC rep) showed up on time. He did now try to sale me a system I did not need. He went off the data based upon square footage of our home. The entire system was installed the next day.
The Techs. from Ed's, Jason and Mike were great! They arrived on time and were finished in the after around 3 p.m. The system works great.the entire home over 2300 sq. ft. remains at constant temp of 70 degrees and ran very quite. The entire crew were very professional in every way. Highly recommend! Major G

Ed's Heating & Cooling, Thank you Andy for giving me several options for my families heating and cooling needs. You explained those options well. There was no pressure while making my decision to go with Ed's and, you scheduled my installation the following week. The installation crew of Jason, Mike, and Chris were prompt, professional, and had all the working knowledge that I was expecting to get.
I shouldn't need any HVAC work for some time however, should a plumbing or electrical need arise, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Ed's for those services. Thank you again fellows.
