Ainsley had their Project Mgr at my door within hours of requesting an estimate for an AC installation. Nick explained all of my options thoroughly and was able to schedule the installation right away. The day of installation, the crew arrived promptly and explained the steps they would be taking. Rich and his partner were very professional and personable. And mind you, this was on a 97 degree day. Everything was cleaned up and cleared away. Highly recommended!

Keith Fuller and the young man that came with him did a fine job on our ducts and vents. They were very quick and thorough workers and cleaned up after themselves as well as explained what they did before they left. The guys that came the next day for our furnace/ac installation were professional explained what was being done and worked quickly.

They were respectful and congenial while clearly displaying that they knew what they were talking about. We recommend these people highly! UPDATE: Turned out that we needed our furnace replaced entirely. While that wasn't great news, they were accommodating for our schedule and were very up front about the pricing. No changing the amount due after the service was rendered! It was exactly as they quoted! You just don't find that anymore! I will be using them for my hot water heater when it comes time. without question!

I was SO impressed with Matt Huff, Jake Shaffer, Jamie Bland, and the entire crew who installed our new AC unit, as well as all the duct work. Over the course of 2 days, they were on time, worked diligently on everything, were so courteous, cleaned up any mess, and explained everything with each step of the process. I highly recommend Ainsley for all your heating and cooling needs. So happy with our amazing AC unit!

Amazing service from all individuals from this company. Tito came to give an estimate. He was very professional and thorough in explaining all options and listened carefully to my questions and preferences. A genuinely nice and sincere person. He followed up after installation to make sure all was as we expected. The two young men who came to do the installation were equally professional and respectful. Matt and Tim were very knowledgeable and completed the job with great attention to all details.
They both patiently answered all my questions and were happy to explain how everything worked. They did not leave until the work area was totally cleaned up. It is really good to know that there is a company that hires and trains their employees not just the skills they need to install the equipment but how to treat their customers with genuine respect. Great experience, helped us get our furnace and AC replaced within a few days after discovering some cracks in our heating element. One of the project managers, Chad, was nice enough to come sit down with us and talk about all of our options and prices without steering us in one direction or another. He even bought a new space heater to bring to our house for a few days while we were waiting for installation which was a godsend. Matt did an excellent job installing the furnace and made sure to let us know what was going on every step of the way. He also let my significant other follow him around a little bit, god bless. Wonderful job, wonderful warranties, happy we went with Ainsley.

After our furnace went out at 10pm and calling FIVE different places that listed their businesses as having "24 Hour Emergency Services", the only place that answered my call with any type of professionalism was Ainsley. All 5 told me I would hear back from the on call service tech shortly and the ONLY one I ever heard back from was Zach at Ainsley.
He made a 45 minute trip, arrived after midnight and was able to diagnose the issue and advise on the best way to have it fixed first thing in the morning. I highly recommend this company for their customer service alone, and the fact that they employ intelligent workers that go above and beyond!
