Critical: Professionalism Was told that this company was not accepting new customers until August after my address was checked and compared to another previous owner's file. Very unprofessional and discriminating. As administrator of "Historic and Notable Youngstown Ohio Homes" Facebook page, I would recommend all 1600 members to avoid this company.

I used them in February for a furnace problem and was well satisfied. In March my furnace failed again and the tech(Al) spent three hours diagnosing the problem. He determined that a part installed in February was faulty and he replaced it. They guaranteed their serviced therefore there was no charge for todays service. They were absolutely the best HVAC choice I've ever made. The staff in the office is very professional and knowledgeable, and their technician Al was so friendly, personable and professional. Worked at a steady pace, managed to maintain a casual conversation and got the job done right, quickly too. I'd highly recommend you call them first.

Awesome service from Ron H, he went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of, even helping me talk to my home warranty company so that the repairs could be covered. Ron arrived very quickly, diagnosed the issue right away, explained everything he was doing, and got my AC up and working. The service you provided me has made me a Clayton customer for life, you guys are truly awesome! I highly recommend these guys for any of your heating or cooling needs, they are simply the best.

Did a fantastic job installing our new duct work, air handler, and condenser. Cost was exactly what i expected, actually a little cheaper than my previous quote with another company. Gene also helped me to get my financing to where it was affordable. The installers worked hard to get it done, and also made it look nice. Overall a very happy customer

I emailed asking for their pricing and availability since my grandmother just passed away and her thermostat stopped working. They responded quickly with the pricing and said to call to schedule something. I called and Bill was so incredibly rude to me and instantly said he isn't doing work for anyone that he doesn't know because he is way too busy.
I said okay that's confusing because I've used you before and the email said they could schedule me. He said "well I can't, okay?" and he hung up on me. I've never seen that approach to gain customers long term but they've lost quite a few now.

Clayton Heating & Air Conditioning were very professional. They do quality work. The work was done in a timely manner. There were no hidden costs. The employees installing the units were very mannerly and polite. I could not be happier with the new Furnace and Central Air Conditioning they installed. All done in one day too. I would definitely use and recommend them to anyone.
