Our family roots were established immediately as Charlie's 3 children joined C&C to help grow the company. At 18, Charlie's son, Chris joined his father full time, adding his own truck to the business.

What a fantastic company for HVAC installation. The men came, performed their respective jobs with much professional care and worked clean and efficient. No problems with any of their work. Highly recommend this company. Even sent us a thank you gift! Sent a thank you note too with personnel phone numbers welcoming us to their company family! C&C came to my home to supply and install a HVAC unit and condenser. What I thought was originally expensive turned out to be great value. They weren't only professional in the way they represented themselves when they came down to quote me, but the installers led by a mechanic name Dylan were excellent. They cleaned and left everything immaculate, proudly explained and showed everything that they installed. I did not have to even clean or put anything back after they were finished. Workmanship was top quality!

C&C replaced my attic A/C flexible ducts. They arrived right on time, did a great job removing the old ducts and installing the new ones. They were very professional and took the time to clean all the vents and any dust or dirt after checking that everything worked properly. I was very pleased with their work. Great presentation and description of products and process started the purchase.superior to several other quotes. After signing the contract I was kept up to date on permitting process, equipment delivery, etc. On promised delivery/installation date a crew arrived (Mike V and Justin) who were polite, considerate of my home interior and worked diligently for two days.
They were neat at every phase. Very good demonstration and an operation instructions. Works perfectly and one of our best home improvement purchases ever. Excellent pricing too. Highly recommended. THANK YOU C&C!

We have been customers of C&C for 10 yrs. Each year our system maintenance is thorogh and professional. We know when to expect our technician and he/she alerts us to his/her arrival. Yesterday we had our 2022 maintenance conducted, and it was an excellent inspection of all aspects of our units. We are in good shape for the coming summer months. Office staff is friendly, professional, and patient. We are pleased and confident with the service provided by C&C.

Outstanding Experience from start to finish. Marie handled our call with care and had our home filled will fantastic C and C staff within hours of our first call. Dave came to assess the problem and he was amazing, Ed came in when it was determined that a new unit was needed and he handled our situation with the highest level of professionalism. Jon, Chris, Marcus and Ryan came and installed our new unit with care and expertise. They were all so friendly and courteous, it was a pleasure to have them here. I would strongly recommend C and C to anyone!

I am a long time customer of C&C and used them for a HVAC remodel years ago and was very happy. This past week my hot water heater died (after 11 years) and it was time to get a new one. The C&C team had me up and running again the next day. Importantly, the team LISTENED to what I was looking for - which was MORE HOT WATER. We were able to increase from 65 gallons of hot water in the first hour to >116 gallons. The crew was very courteous and explained everything to me. They gave me options and got the job done quickly and with high quality! I highly recommend C&C!

The installation went smoothly and the installers were professional and friendly. Upon completion, they cleaned up all of the work areas, (which looked better when they left than when they arrived). The only issue that arose was that the condensate pump wasn't working properly, and it was located in an area where it could be heard too easily in our living spaces. Brian came out and replaced the pump, and relocated it to where the noise was significantly reduced.
He also went a couple extra miles and made some improvements to the functionality of the drain tube. The guys in the field, from the salesman (Ed) to the techs were great, but I don't want to pass over the folks in the office. Everyone I dealt with was super friendly and helpful. If every business was run like this one, the state's Consumer Affairs office would have to close due to lack of work.
