Not very impressed with this business. They showed up right away Tuesday Oct 29th when I called to look at an issue with a cracked pipe from the foundation to the septic tank (so far I was impressed). Was told I would receive a quote by the end of the following weekend. Never received the quote. I knew he was busy so I gave him another week, still no quote.
Today I asked him if I should call another service if they were too busy. He said; "Up to u. I am trying to get caught up. Maybe a few weeks yet" He should have been up-front with me right away and say it may take at least a month to draw up a quote ( way too long for a quote in my opinion). I would have looked somewhere else if that were the case.

My parents remodeled their house and the first night back the sewage pipe leaked and the toilets overflowed. Called Hansen's and they refused to accept any responsibility and told my parents that they need to call another plumber to fix it. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. This business is lazy and worthless. Do NOT call these guys for anything! Unless you enjoy having your money stolen.
