Our air conditioning stopped working overnight. I called, gave them my email address, and within one hour Mason was on his way to help. Professional, quick, and polite are just three ways I can describe the great service APH provided. I want to thank the owner, Andy, and Mason for helping me out today! I contacted APH for an AC seasonal service. Nate came out and told me I needed coolant in my outside unit. I asked him several times if he needed to go in the attic and check my actual unit. He said No. Again, I asked hem several times. He said no, he solved the problem. He charged me for a service call and not a servicing call. During one of the heat waves a week later, my house was so hot my kids and I were sick.
I contacted Andy over the weekend, and he said he could come out Monday morning. I asked if he would charge me again since the job was not down correctly the first time, and asked him when he would be coming over. He never answered. Nate showed up anyway, and he went into the attic and adjusted the filter, which should have been done the first time when I asked him several times to look at it.
Since I NEVER authorized him to be there, I had left no check to pay him. Nate insisted my daughter go to the ATM machine and take out $170 cash of her own money to pay him. There was no invoice provided. I spoke with Andy. He proceeded to insult my son for changing the filter improperly. He insulted me for telling him it was not ok for Nate to come in my home when my daughter was there alone. He told me he would reimburse me $100 and provide an invoice for the work he had done. I have yet to receive either.

Contacted APH when one zone of our heating system failed, and after leaving un-returned messages with several other companies. APH called me back promptly, emailed me an appointment confirmation, and their service tech Nathan arrived at the appointed time. Very professional. When the issue turned out to be more complicated and required a return visit they did a great job of keeping me informed, completing the needed repairs and getting out system back up. I'd definitely call them again.

Very unprofessional. Don't know where to begin but if you live in the area avoid this company at all costs. Rips unsuspecting customers off. If you want proof just ask me. Don't be fooled like I almost was. If I could give him a zero I would! And if you do use him just look up the parts he invoices you and compare prices. He charged me 125$ for a six dollar part that I dont believe he even installed. Also watch him like a hawk while hes working. And ask for the bad/broken pieces that he replaces if you can't be watching him. His employees are ten times better than he is.
