Good guy; good work. Have hired him repeatedly over the years and wouldn't dream of hiring anyone else. Rare to find a good contractor these days.

Scott has done numerous jobs for us in the past years on our AC and furnaces. We have rental homes and his fast service and reliability are exceptional.

I didn't use his service but he was prompt and friendly when returning my call. I needed commercial service and he only does residential.

I bought my son a new thermostat for Christmas. The day after Christmas I went to his house in Niles Mi to put the new one in. So I took off the old old one and found the wires needed were not in the wall. So I tried putting the old one back on the wall and when I did it did not work. Now It is Saturday night day after Christmas and nothing is open to come fix it for me.

So I called Scott A Wilson radio 24 hour service for Heating and Cooling. Scott answered the phone and I explained everything. He told me he was out of town and could not come. However, he said he would walk me through putting the new thermostat in and how to hook it up over the phone. So he told me what to do and how to do it. I install the new one and it worked.

My grandkids had heat again. I am so thankful and he was such a nice guy with a lot of patience. And because it was Christmas he said I didn't owe a thing. Can you believe it. I would recommend Scott and his business to everyone. You don't find business people like Scott very often. He treated me great. Thanks again Scott. Merry Christmas.

Mr. Wilson knows his stuff! He was prompt and courteous, and the rates are reasonable. He explained what he was doing and what needed to be done to maintain my units. Scott Wilson heating goes above and beyond to give great service year after year! Last night in sub zero weather our furnace quit working, thankfully we figured it out before the house got super cold. My husband called around 9:30pm to leave a message and Scott himself called back and said I will come now, needless to say he came out fixed our furnace and remembered details about our kids from years prior. Buisness like this is almost a pastime, Scott and everybody that works for him have always made us always feel safe and confident in their service. Thank you again and keep up the great work! Scott is very professional, personable and is a pleasure to work with! He installed both my new furance and air conditioning unit two years ago. During that time I also enrolled in the maintenance program which helps ensure my new equipment is working efficiently. He stopped by just a few days ago and switched out the filter and did whatever maintenance needed to be done. He truely cares for his clients!

As South Bend Heating and Air contractors go, Scott and his crew are top notch. I was especially impressed to find that they do 24 hour emergency service calls. We woke up to a freezing house a few months ago, and Scott's guys were right out. Impressive!
