After another company told me that I needed a whole new furnace to replace my 14 year old Payne, I called Lammers for a second opinion. When David from Lammers showed up, within minutes he had inspected the unit, found the issue was under warranty, given me a very reasonable estimate, and adjusted the unit to keep the heat on for a few days until the parts arrived.

Today my teenage furnace is rebuilt and running strong again. David was very friendly and showed me what parts were being replaced and why. He knew his stuff and went above and beyond to provide a repair that will last. The final price was under estimate, and the customer service they provide is just outstanding. I can't even say how much I appreciate and respect companies that do business this way. I'll definitely only be calling them for HVAC service in the future (because calling them this week saved me over $3,000!)

Contacted this company to check out our central air. After stating that we had it checked out already and that we were in need of a quote for replacement of our central air, the tech said that they would get a quote to us the next day. Never heard back from them. If I'm easy to lose track of this early in the process I'm not interested in seeing the results down the road.

We had a high efficiency furnace installed a few years ago. The sales rep was very helpful in aiding us in choosing the correct heating system. It was installed with no problem and has performed without a problem. They have performed yearly maintenance to keep it at top performance. They also service our air conditioner. We did not purchase from them but they told us they will help to keep it running until it finally dies. That is service above and beyond. Any future heating and air needs will be through Lammers.

First time customer and I am so happy with my service today. I had a window of 3p.m. - 5p.m. Tom was here at 3:00 sharp. He was friendly, professional and took the time to explain everything to me.
