We chose to work with Benedict Refrigeration Services for the build out of our brewery, Hop & Barrel, in Hudson, Wisconsin. We hired Benedict to build a large storage cooler, a smaller taproom cooler, and install our entire tap system. We couldn't be more pleased with the results on each project. The products and service have both been outstanding.
We're particularly proud of the new tap system and it has become something of a show point on our tours and when we have other breweries visiting. Moreover, the on-site training and support has been second-to-none. They walked us through the initial learning curve (all on our part) and were on site for training and questions whenever we needed help.
We've already referred them to our local brewery friends and a number of restaurants in our area who need repairs and upgrades. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Benedict again, and am looking forward to doing so as we grow.

Was less than pleased with the services provided for our business by Benedict. We were told they sent their "Best Technician" for $276.12 they came, did nothing, did not repair our cooler, charged us for travel time, repair work and coolant and left. We were originally quoted an estimate of $100. I understand that with an estimate there can be additional charges, but I also believe a company should stand by their work.
We had previously used them and had less experienced employees in here who did a good job and that is why we attempted to use them again. The issues were not fixed. The company did not stand by their work. They continue to send a bill and after countless calls with the expectation for a "Call back" we have yet to hear anything. As a business they should be going out of their way to make a bad situation right and we as the consumer should not have to continue to try to make attempts to contact the business.
Then to top it all off, as their van was leaving they almost backed into a car driving down the road. Do not recommend them to anyone. This could have been a simple fix with some effort to provide some actual service to the customer. It's been over a month and no communication. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone.

It is no wonder why the word "service" is in their name, Benedict Refrigeration SERVICE! Our oven at The Dock Coffee in Spooner quit working during our lunch rush yesterday, I called Benedict's and was worried that our oven would be down over Memorial weekend. Within 2 hours of my call, Mike the service technician had arrived, fixed the problem and we were back in business! What a great experience - from the woman that took my call to the service person.very prompt, professional and friendly! Highly recommend them!
