Paul's Heating & Air Conditioning responded to my request very quickly. They sent a nice young man to provide maintenance work on my AC system and he did a general review of the heating unit. I loved that Paul's sent a photo of Riley with the appt reminder message. I knew who to expect and felt more comfortable inviting him into my home. I signed up for the member plan and Evan followed up about it very timely. I feel like I'm in good hands going forward. We had Paul's come out to install a whole house humidifier and replace our thermostat with a Nest. Paul's was able to schedule us within the week, the technician did the work as expected, and left the work areas very clean. I plan to use them to service my heating and cooling in the future, and I would recommend them.

I called Paul's for an estimate. They came the next day. Within 2 days I had a new heating and cooling system installed. Very professional, very polite, affordable, and best of all they were on time. Installers explained everything right down to the digital thermostat.

I scheduled a routine inspection for my air conditioner. The technician was on time, took his time to thoroughly inspect my AC unit and explained what he was doing and how efficient my unit was operating. He was very honest and I felt reassured by his expertise. I will be calling Paul's Heating & Air when it's time to replace both my furnace and Air Conditioner. I appreciated the great customer service and honesty.

I had Eric J. come out in April and it was a great experience. Quick and efficient and even gave me some helpful tips which have helped out quite a bit! He talked to me about the maintenance program they have which just makes sense. I've had a lot of bad experiences since moving up here with a couple of businesses but Paul's definitely earned my trust and business.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness Today I had an appointment at 4pm. Not only did the tech not show I didn't even get a phone call. Just made it that much easier to go with a competitor. Never use or even call again. Eat a big one.

TECH LIED- THEN TRIED TO SELL ME A NEW SYSTEM. Background- I was at work while and my girlfriend was at home while the tech was doing a tuneup. I had an issue with the tech telling my girlfriend about a leak- I came home from work to ask about the leak. Tech then stated his equipment was broken and left. He came back out while I was there to work on the system.

He said the AC was old and needed replacement because it was missing sensors. I asked for him to show me what he was talking about and he changed his story about how his tester didn't work with this specific AC system( then how did he find a leak originally with the same tester) he then tried selling me a new system. He called in to his office to get some help and was instructed on how to actually test. BEWARE- Don't just trust these techs. It is crazy to me that the techs will outright lie in order to get you to buy a new system.

I called and stated I needed a new furnace. A man told me that they are one of the most expensive in town. He asked if I understood how much furnaces are and asked if I could really afford it. How is this possible in 2021?! If I were older and a man I don't think he would've questioned me. I ended up getting a new furnace and air conditioner from Hammes.

Our oil furnace went out right as temperatures were about to drop, the company we used to use no longer works on oil furnaces, and they told us about Paul's. Fantastic service, quick response time, and quality work for a reasonable price. Eric and Josh were the techs that came out and helped us. They were great! Very helpful, kind, punctual, and knowledgeable.

I have been working with Paul's for 7 years now and they have never failed to provide me with absolutely top-shelf service and wonderful Lennox products! I recently had a small issue and they jumped through hoops to get out to my house as quickly as possible and the technician Matthew solved my issue easily while educating me at the same time. I would not hesitate one second to recommend Paul's to anybody!

Paul's Heating and Air Conditioning were amazing! We needed some emergent furnace work done at our home before closing and moving to new home and we had a medical emergency the same day. One call to Paul's staff and they set up and coordinated everything when we were in the hospital. Matt was phenomenal and thorough. When I called Paul's Janna fast and friendly and able to set my appointment up for the next day. When I need work done that I'm not familiar with, I often as for a Salty Old Dog Service Person so at least one of us has expertise. They sent Shawn, while not old, or salty, he was an expert that I needed. He explained everything he needed to do and questions about my boiler system. I was extremely happy with work and his professionalism. Paul's has a great team and they are the one's I call for help with my Heating and/or Cooling jobs.

Paul's crew showed up a day early, it was okay with me as the heat was coming back into the picture! Greg & Randy did an awesome job! Very courteous, friendly and thorough. Highly recommend Paul's!

Wouldn't Consider Anyone Else! For our homes and businesses, we wouldn't consider anyone else to service or install except for Paul's Heating & Air Conditioning! We have a property acquisition and development company, so are in need of almost constant installs and service as part of our home-life and business. Until we found Paul's about ten. years ago, we dealt with some pretty shady Heating & Cooling outfits in this community; we used to get nervous with the beginning of each cooling and heating season. but not anymore! We can't say enough of the owners and crew at Paul's Heating & AC - don't think of going anywhere else!

I was told to call this week, so I did, and while I was explaining what we wanted to have done I was not only was I hung up on, but i was also blocked. I was under the impression that $20k was a lot of money to leave on the table.

We recently had our air conditioner replaced, upgraded our thermostat to digital and WiFi, switched our stove from gas to electric, and had our furnace tuned up. The owner came to our home himself prior to service, inspected our units and made recommendations. Technicians arrived at our home less than a week later and completed the services. We would highly recommend Paul's Heating and Air Conditioning!
