Comfort Zone Donovan & Jorgenson

These guys messed up the wiring when installing new heating system, now they don't respond or show up. Paid another company $250 to fix their mess. Update: Called them 3 times in one week on 3 different days and every time their customer service rep. said we will send the technician when they become available.

Simply put, THESE GUYS ROCK! Had a heck of a day with my son being born and our A/C going out the same day. They took the stress of the day off my plate and was able to come, quote, and install a new AC unit and furnace THE SAME DAY. Big shout out to Phil, who is a consummate and caring professional. Air conditioner on the fritz. Called at 8 a.m. and had a technician here at noon. All around excellent service! From first contact through full install, it was only 1 month which was fantastic. Our rep, Mike, was so helpful in explaining the process and the products used. The install team was able to get our unit installed very quickly, and were very nice to work with.

These people are awesome! We've received HVAC services from D&J for 30 years and everyone - I mean everyone - at this company has provided us with excellent service. This past summer Steve helped us pick out the right heating and AC systems (it was time to replace them both). He was very professional and took the time we needed to answer all our questions. Max and Dave and Kevin installed our systems, treating our house as though it were theirs - careful as they brought in the equipment and cleaning up afterward like company was coming!

We felt very comfortable with our sales rep Steve who thoroughly explained all of our AC options as we've never had AC before. He went above and beyond checking our older house to make sure everything would go smoothly. When the installers came, they were friendly, explained everything, and were done much more quickly than we assumed. They even went over maintenance with us since they knew we were new to AC. Brandon was the install team leader and he was excellent! Overall, a very pleasant experience and we would definitely recommend Donovan & Jorgenson.

I had several well known companies to my home over the years for tune ups, and repairs. A neighbor referred me to Donovan Jorgenson. I was amazed at their tune ups, most companies show up and are gone in 20 minutes. The tune up guy spent almost an hour cleaning and testing everything. My equipment was old and recently the little issues I was having were signs I should start to look at getting a new system.

I told the tune up tech to have a sales person call me. The sales guy called the same day. I had him over a few says later. He explained the various types of equipment and how it would affect my energy bills, help with moving more air in my home, and add to my homes comfort. He suggested I look at investing in the best system for my budget, and wasn't pushing me into something I didn't need or couldn't afford.

I actually was surprised that one of the better Airease Systems was in the price range I figured it would cost me. The installers did a great job, and made sure the area was clean after wards. It's been in for a few months and my home has never been so comfortable. The system is quiet and the temperatures are the same in every room. I would definitely recommend Donovan Jorgenson.
