Apparently they have a 4 month waiting list for a gas line pressure test for a residence a block away. But they couldn't tell me that when I first called, instead, John said he would call me back in a couple minutes, an hour later I phoned back to a confused John saying "said I'd call you back in a couple minutes after my meeting".didn't know a couple minutes also meant an hour or more. Seems like an excuse to me but whatever. Will go elsewhere and I recommend you do as well.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness Fiance called and scheduled an appointment No call/ no show. No word since which is fine. I was also informed the male mocked my fiance's polite Thank you, by repeating thank you in his impersonation of her voice. Class act!

We had this company come out twice to our residence to fix our heater. Our heater is very inconsistent. The first time the guy stated something needed cleaned and that it should work. Quit working less than 24/hrs later. Came out a second time and again, did not work at all. We spent $325 and still have no heat. We sent in a survey to voice our displeasure, and of course, no response.

This company clearly can not fix heating issues for our home. I'd recommend going elsewhere. If after two chances to fix a heater, and the outcome is the same, It is fair to draw a conclusion that there has to be better companies out there equipped to handle such issues.

The company employs the best plumber you will find in central Indiana (and probably the state) Kevin! Classy company with quality employees!

Responsible prices. The staff was wonderful, they worked with my schedule to get it done as soon as possible. The guy was very friendly, carried on conversation while he was working. I plan on using them again in my house.

Very knowledgeable, experienced, and super nice guy that came out. I had recently had another company come out that couldn't figure out why my furnace wasn't working. He knew what the problem was almost immediately and I had heat within the hour (had to replace a part) and has been working ever since.

This is a wonderful company Kevin has always booked someone to come fix whatever is wrong with my equipment so they are fast and very reasonable on price. The techs are great and no what they are doing. i highly recommend them.

JR Wortman Co. has been a long time business in Morristown. They operate the small hardware store, along with have skilled employees who drive their vans and do heating, cooling, and plumbing repairs and new installs. If you need a heating, cooling, or plumbing part, or nuts, bolts, drills, and basic hardware / home construction types of items they sell it here in their small store on Main St. Prices may be a bit higher, but in a pinch, and not wanting to drive 10+ miles to a Home Depot or Lowe's, their higher prices balances itself out.

And they're a mom-n-pop family run business, with several employees, but they can not purchase the volume the big box stores do, so I am sure they pay for more their inventory, thus having to mark it up a bit more too. Their service technicians are on call 24hrs a day for emergency services at a premium after hours rate, which is normal in the industry, or during the day.

They can usually get to you that same day or the next day depending on how serious your work is. If they're just doing an install of a bathtub and you have broken pipes flooding your house, I am sure they will leave and be right to you, haha. The techs are skilled in their field and try to offer a fair estimate of services and parts before doing your job. If you live in the Morristown area and need something done, they can do it.

J.R. Wortman Co. Was recommended by my friend and neighbor. I was looking for service on my air conditioner. I spoke with Kevin W. he was able to get me scheduled at a very convenient time for me. Tyler showed up right on time and was very thorough with his inspection. It didnt take too long at all, Tyler was done, the bill was reasonable and my air was cooling the house like it should. I will call again with all of my service needs. Customer earned!

I am NOT the least bit happy with your service. You all came out, at a time that I wasn't home, had to have my daughter be here. Came in & checked my AC. You all said there was nothing wrong & charged me $105. You didn't do anything. My AC still is working properly. You, Kevin, can't even come out & explain the bill to me. I WON'T be calling you or using your business or store again. I cannot believe, you all think that this is good business. I can't afford that kind of money & still be living in the heat.

I highly recommend J R Wortman Co. I received quotes from 2 heating and cooling companies, from Indpls, to fix my boiler system. Their quotes ranged from $985.00 - $1600.00. Both of these big companies quoted me for parts that I did not need. J R Wortman fixed my system for $329.00. The service tech, Craig, was very professional and explained to me what the problem was. I give J R Wortman Co an A+
